Lucas got in his car. Drove for an hour till he stopped to get gas and food. He couldn't believe it. He needed to do something. Something to get this girl back. So he parked in a rest stop for the whole night, gathering up a plan.
Plan:
1. Leave a letter at her house telling her to meet him in a day to a park.
2. He will get everything set up, a picnic table, dinner or food out considering it will be night.
3. He will put on the fancy outfit Sam, the bartender, gave him.
4. Apologize.
He got it. Well a plan to follow with at least, If he does not get her back. He knows, he tried. So he followed through with it. The next morning he went back to her place, making sure no one saw him. And slipped a note into her mailbox saying Come to the Widow Park (the local park) at 6:00 pm tomorrow evening. - unknown. He went back to the rest area and slept in his car. He woke up the next day.
The day that his plan may be a success or a terrible fail. 'This is it Lucas.' He thought to himself. 'Go and don't look back.' And he was off to the park.
