Ch 10: Two Sides, Two Lives

IZUKU POV

I saw the other matches of the tournament. And they were breath taking. Bakugo won against Uraraka; Shoto won against Sero; Mina won against Aoyama; Tokoyami won against Yaoyorozu; Kirishima won against Tetsutetsu; Kaminari Loses to Ibara Shiozaki from class 1B. I was scared, my next match was with Todoroki. He had skill and a powerful quirk. I don't even think I can defeat him. But during his match with Sero, he seemed sad. While I was going on and as I was walking, I ran into endeavor.

Endeavor: ahh, I've been looking for you

Izuku: me?

Endeavor: I watched your match with the brainwashing guy; your power is pretty impressive to create so much power just by flicking your finger; it reminded me of another quirk. You seem to have much in common with all might.

Izuku: Oh, really, I haven't thought about that. (Does he know about One for All? No, he probably could have mentioned it. He's the last person I should talk about All Might's power.)

Endeavor: I want you to know my Shoto must surpass all might, and his match with you will be a good testing ground for how much training he has left, so hit him hard don't disgrace yourself or him by holding back.

Izuku: ...

Endeavor: Thats all I wanted to say. I apologize for bothering you.

Then he starts walking away but stops when I start talking as I looked back at him.

Izuku: You know something, Shoto isn't you. He may be your son, but his quirk is his and his alone; Not yours.

After my encounter with Endeavor, I Entered the battlefield with Todoroki as he coldly stares at me as I walk up.

Todoroki: I'm surprised you showed. You lost the second you step on this stage.

Izuku: ......

Present Mic: Alright let the battle begin!!!!

He started with a wave of ice, so I flicked my finger and blew it back while she made an ice wall behind her to stop herself from leaving the ring.

Then he sent another wave of ice, so I used one for all in my legs and moved to the right as he rushed me with a wave of ice, so I jumped over it and ran down the ramp of ice towards him and transferred my quirk from my legs to my hands and tried to punch him, but he moved out of the way and tried to touch me while I jump back and avoid his hands

Izuku: Stop messing around Todoroki. Use your left side!

Todoroki: What?! Drop dead!!

Then He launched another wave of ice, so I used one for all in my legs and jumped away from the icy blast.

Izuku: (He's not giving me an opening to attack!)

Todoroki: I'm sorry, but this is the end.

Then he launched another wave of ice, and I used my fingers to flick it away. Now that was two broken fingers.

But he was jumping over my blast of wind pressure and coming straight at me, but I jumped out of the way again, but this time, his ice caught my foot, and I couldn't get away, and I noticed he was creating ice behind him.

I charged one for all in my left arm and used 100% before punching in her direction as the air pressure pushed his ice back, kicking up dust. Then the smoke cleared, and he was still in the ring.

Todoroki: that last attack was more potent than your previous one, and it seems you've run out of options on your right side.

Izuku: You're not wrong there's not a lot of things that I can do with one arm.
