IZUKU POV
I kept replaying the attack over and over again. I can't help but feel pathetic for not saving him. Kacchan, that look on your face. I've never seen you that terrified before. Lucifer, what are you doing to him?
Izuku: (opening my eyes) Where am I?
Kirishima: GUYS, HE'S AWAKE!!!
My classmates burst through the doors and began checking my well-being, Mineta brought a melon for some reason.
Izuku: Is everybody here?
Shoji: After the attack, six of us were taken to the hospital via transportation. Jiro and Hagakure are still recovering from the poison gas villain's quirk. Tetsu had a couple of bruises. Yaoyorozu suffered a blow to the head. I was treated with a couple of stitches and a custom antidote for the poison from when I was attacked by that crazy blade tooth villain.
Shoto: But Bakugo got kidnapped.
Mineta: Dude, shut up!
They all stared at me as I was spacing out in guilt as I was falling into despair.
Izuku: *crying* I-I couldn't save him... If I didn't break my arms, he would be here right now. Because I'm so weak, Aizawa was right. I'm useless when I break down after a fight.
Kirishima: There's still hope!
Everyone was confused and turned to face Kirishima.
Izuku: Wait, what do you mean?
Shoto: We have some Intel. During the attack, Momo and a student from class 1-B were attacked by a Chainsaw Nomu. Before it could kill them both, the creature walked away from Momo and Yosetsu. Before the Nomu could disappear into the dark forest, Yoetsu stated he helped Yaoyorozu plant a tracking device on that nomu. We just saw All Might, and a police officer talked to Yaoyorozu as she gave them the transmitter for the device She planted.
Iida: You're going to ask her to make another device to find the villains hideout?!
Shoto: That's basically the whole plan.
Iida: *screaming* YOU SHOULD LEAVE IT TO THE PROS, THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL!
Kirishima: May be! But back at camp, I was useless. I was stuck in a damn room while my friend was being targeted. I did NOTHING!
He reaches his hand to me as everyone watches.
Kirishima: Come on, Midoriya! He's still alive. We can still save him!
NOBODY POV
No one said a word. There was silence from Kirishima's speech until one person spoke up.
Aoyama: Oh, Mon Dieu. Are you sure that will be the right cause of action?
Tokoyami: Correct, the main reason we engaged the enemy at the training camp was because Sensei authorized our quirk usage.
Asui: He's right. If you're breaking the law, you'll be acting more like villains. Not heroes.
Everyone felt depressed from Tsu's words. Until Kirishima spoke up.
Kirishima: We know because we have a plan. 😉👍
Mina: To save Bakugo without fighting the villains?
Shoto: Of course, we learn from the Hosu incident about quirk laws and the status quo. It states that quirks are forbidden to cause injury. We'll find the hideout, confirm Bakugo's location, and either call the pros or save him without the villains noticing.
Izuku: .......... When do we leave?
Kirishima: Tonight.
