Ch 24: Talk about your quirk.

Outside, the Provisional Hero License Exam is officially over, Izuku is holding his Provisional Hero License in his hands. Izuku cries tears of joy, which causes Ochako to question his tears. Izuku replies that the Provisional Hero License is proof of his growth in his hands and is happy that the help he has received along the way has not been in vain. Izuku plans to immediately show his license to his mother and All Might, while Ochako agrees with him. Inasa says farewell to Shoto and once again apologizes to him while Shoto gives his farewell.

Midoriya spots the hairy Shiketsu High student and runs towards him, surprising him. And pulls out his not book.

Izuku: Hey, excuse me! I want to know more about the training you do to erase your presence!

Mora: We don't have any kind of training like that.

Izuku: But, that girl. The one in the body suit did it. I wanted to talk to her to see how her technique worked.

Mora: Body suit? Oh, you mean Camie. She said she wasn't feeling too well and took a cab home.

In a far dark alley. Camie is walking, and her face starts melting, which reveals Himiko Toga. Camie is none other than Himiko, who used her Quirk to shapeshift to take on the real Camie's appearance.

Compress: *On the phone* About time you picked up. Where are you?

Toga: I had the most wonderful time.

Compress: *On the phone* Don't get too caught up in your role. There's too much at stake if you get arrested.

Toga: Oh, don't worry. I have only ever been caught once in my life. Tomura will be so happy, too. I got some of Izuku's yummy blood. *Giggles*

(Present Mic: Himiko Toga. Her quirk Transform. She can transform into other people after ingesting some of their blood.)

In U.A. at Heights Alliance inside Class 1-A's dormitory, Izuku wonders if All Might received his message. As the rest of Class 1-A comment on school starting again, Bakugo walks past Izuku and tells him that he wants to speak with him outside. Bakugo wants to speak to Izuku about his Quirk. While the rest of Class 1-A are asleep, Bakugo takes Izuku to Ground Beta, the site of the Battle Trial, where he and Izuku fought for the first time.

Izuku: You brought me here?

Bakugo: This is the place where we had our first combat training. Where we fought, and I lost. You always made me sick. You know that, Deku?

Izuku: (Somehow, I knew this was it....)

Bakugo: You were useless. No power at all. A weaking. So now you're going to tell me how got into this school with a brand-new quirk that appeared out of nowhere. Back then, when you told me you had an "borrowed power," I didn't understand what you meant because it made no sense. But still you climbed higher and higher always so satisfied with yourself. Ever since that sludge villain, it actually started when All Might came to town. You became better and stronger. Finally, you passed the licensing exam when I failed. How did that even happen?!

Izuku: That test wasn't on one's ability, though -

Bakugo: SHUT UP!!!! It pisses me off that I was beaten by a useless pathetic weaking. But after seeing All Might at Kamino Ward, I began to understand. I have been giving it a lot of thought. You got your quirk from All Might, didn't you?

Izuku: (Oh shit.......)

Bakugo: I heard about that asshole who paralyzed me. Apparently, Lucifer has the ability to take a person's quirk and give it to someone else, which sounds impossible, but Ragdoll had her power taken away and can't work anymore. Thirteen lost her power as well, but somehow, she "magically" got it back. And then you met All Might, and you started changing. Then he lost his power and retired just like Ragdoll. I remember what he said when he "defeated" the boss villain. We all heard it. Back then, you were the only one who understood what he meant. There is more evidence, too, like how those Nomu monsters have multiple quirks. Even though it seems impossible. Besides, All Might and Lucifer knew each other before that fight. Quirks can move between people, All Might knew the guy who could do it, which means it was connected to what you said about getting your quirk from someone else. I also asked All Might about this, but he didn't give me a straight answer. That's why you're going to tell me the truth. So, say It!
