Today is the day of our beach outing. Who even says outing any more? All of us will be there and we're meant to show the boys around the town. Couldn't they just look around themselves? I guess not.

I sigh, roll of the bed and then drag myself over to have a shower. Almost instantly, the vanilla smell of the shampoo awakens me. I love vanilla, be it shampoo or ice-cream. Then I realise that I was going to the beach, where my hair would get ruined in the sea water anyway. I would have to shampoo again. Oh darn!

After coming out and drying my hair, I stand before my closet, in a towel, deeply in thought as to what to wear. Yes, I did draw the curtains! Sighing, I pull out a pink and white bikini. Over it, I wear a thin, white crop top and denim shorts. No need for make-up as it's going to be a water day. When I draw back the curtains, I catch sight of Carter.

He is shirtless. OMG he is shirtless! He appears to be quite muscly too as he looks into the mirror, admiring his- oh god - 8 packs! I redden when I realise that I am blatantly checking him out, but just as I turn round smacking my head, I hear him. Oh no, he saw me.

'Like what you see? Of course you do, silly me for asking!'

I redden further if that is possible. I spin around with a glare on my face, only to be faced with his godly abs again. His refined 8 packs. I groan inwardly, as I again realise that I checked him out.

'Again, Lily? You just visually devoured me twice!'

Visually devoured?!

'I d-did not! What are you talking about,' I stutter, turning into to the shade of tomato soup.

'You so did, liar!'

'Whatever, Superman.'

'I'll, see you after breakfast, Clumsy.' I roll my eyes and turn around to leave.

'I would be lying if I said I didn't check you out in my mirror, myself,' he finally says, making me trip over my bed.

I misheard that, surely. I'm getting hearing problems at such a young age. When I turned around to face him, with a 'what the hell did you just say?!' look on my bright red face, all I see is a closed window and curtains drawn back.

'Where are you going so early in the morning Lily?' My mother asks from the studio, as she organises her camera and backdrop.

'Just to the beach, with some friends,' I mumble.

'Which ones? You only have two,' this time she looks straight at me, as if searching my eyes for the truth, or something.

'Gee, thanks mother. Yeah, it's Vi, Penny, Carter, Alex, Luke and Jesse. They're Carter's friends.'
