Mushtaq's eyes were fixed on the door waiting for her because his Ammi told that she had a shart before marrying him.

Well, his anger only amplified at that but he was left with no choice. If she said inkaar then his khwab will be left incomplete.

His dimag was screaming at him that all this was happening due to this ladki. Only if she didn't agree to marry him due to the hunger of power then none of this zabardasti ki shaadi would have been happening.

He fisted his palm watching her strode through the door in all her glory. Her expression screamed anger as well.

He was too egoistic to admit that he had not been able to inkaar to this forced marriage hence made no move to start a baat-cheet regarding the shaadi mudda.

Sajal's case was no different from him. She felt embarassed that she wasn't able to refuse to this marriage even after boasting about this infront of him. But she held grudges against him too. According to her, it was him who hadn't agreed in the first place then none of this would have been happening.

But he felt good making a mazaq of her zindagi, isn't it?

It would only be fair if she would make his zindagi a jahannum too.

That was why she was going to keep this shart in the first place.

Though she somewhere knew that her shart held no importance. She would have to marry him anyways but a aam insaan can try, right?

But, same wasn't the case with Mushtaq. He knew he would have to accept her shart in order to gain her approval to get married to him or else if she chose that Rashid or someone else then he couldn't let his dreams of becoming the nawab turn to ashes!

Both were forced and were blaming eachother for giving approval unknown to the fact that they were being played off really well.

"Kaho," was all left Mushtaq's lips seeing her glaring at him for a minute.

"Shart hai meri ek," Sajal said unbothered by his cold behaviour.

"Shart kaho," Mushtaq's eyes glared at her but she remained unfazed.

Sajal titled her head, her grey eyes boring right into his as she let out each word with authority,

"Doosri shaadi na-manzoor hai mujhey. Tumse main zindagi main doosri shaadi karne ka haq cheenti hoon,"

Mushtaq frowned but then let out a dry chuckle,

"Pehli shaadi main hi zindagi azaab lagne lagi hai. Mera dimag kharab hai jo doosri karunga?"

Sajal ignored his mocking words royally. If he had such a problem then he would have said inkaar but he was now just playing with her.

"Mera waqeel aakar tumhe papers de dega," saying this she was about to go out of the room but halted feeling a tug on her reshmi dupatta.

She turned to see her dupatta in his grasp. Her grey eyes giving him a steel glare but he just stepped forward,

"Kaise papers?" He spat out, the vein in his forehead throbbing in anger.
