Next is the Princess of Firene and the beautiful Chloe!
================================
After enjoying the view of the ocean as the sun began to set, it was time to join with the others for our first group dinner that would be happening at the resort's dining place. There was no need for any of us to cook, unless Timerra wants to throw a meat party.
We found one based on Veyle's recommendation, an outdoor section of the dining area which had a great view of the ocean and the town where some of the lights began to lit up as the evening sky began to roll in. I was sitting next to Celine, and she was happy to be with me.
'I guess Etie was telling the truth, she doesn't seem to have changed.'
"Is something on your mind?" Celine asked.
"There is, just not in public." I replied. "But we do need to talk."
"Yes. We really need to, after dinner."
"What are you two chatting about?" Rosado asked.
"About how the first day went by so quick. It feels like our vacation may end up being shorter than it actually is."
"But we're here for two weeks, so we gotta make the most of them starting tomorrow." Timerra said. "And what better way than to get some of the finest meaty foods they have around here!"
"Boss, may I suggest that you calm down for a moment?" Panette suggested.
"I'm afraid that would be asking too much from her." Jade said.
"So anyway, where did you run off to, Y/N?" Yunaka asked.
"To a training area." I answered. "Etie wanted me to help her find one and I couldn't turn down a chance to spar."
"And here I thought we we're supposed to be on vacation." Goldmary said. "Then again, keeping in shape may not be a bad idea."
"It's alright, there's plenty of time to relax." Veyle added as she sat next to me. "I just got the orders in, we should be able to dine soon."
"I assume you'll be having something spicy?" Ivy asked.
Her eyes sparkled. "Oh yes! There was this spicy dish that looked absolutely delicious!"
"Wow, I never took you as the spicy fan type." Anna said. "Hope it was worth the money."
"It was. You'll love what they have here, everyone."
As we were talking away, I did glance at Chloe who gave me a faint smile before looking away. Celine spotted it as well and she whispered to me that I should leave it to her for now while we were dining.
*Several moments later...*
Once the eating moment passed by, some of us parted ways to enjoy the sights of the town at night, especially Citrinne who was delighted to see a ballroom building. Me and Celine noticed Chloe dashing off somewhere.
"Hmm, she left in a hurry." Saphir said. "Wonder what's on her mind."
"I'll speak with her." Celine replied. "Come on, Y/N."
