Time for the lady thief to take the stage, she's one of my many favourites.

=================================

With a stretch, the morning of the second day of the vacation had arrived. I couldn't get over what happened yesterday, one minute, I was getting used to being in love with one girl, the next, I've made love to three girls, and with my doubts gone, I was ready for more.

"I suppose after breakfast, I should let Veyle know that I'm going all in on this plan."

After I had my breakfast, I left the house with key on hand. And as I was walking down the pathway, I could've sworn someone was watching over me. I must be imagining things. I went over to Veyle's house and just my luck, Saphir was already standing guard outside.

"Hey there, Y/N? What brings you here in the morning?" She asked.

"Morning, Saphir. I'm here to speak with Veyle, it's quite urgent." I replied.

"Well, you may have to wait a while. She's currently having a word with a few girls that came by earlier."

"Oh, I see. Then I can come back later when she's free."

She nodded. "Yeah, you do that."

I left and made my way over to the resort town. Now that I had a chance to look on my own, the marketplace area was vast and with plenty of various products on sale, this seemed like a true paradise to live in. I walked across the market stalls before I noticed someone.

"Oh, a familiar customer! Hey, over here!" Someone called.

"Anna?" I responded as I walked over to her merchant stall. "What are you doing here?"

"Opening for business, what else did you expect?"

"I get that, but didn't you hear what Veyle just said?"

"I did, but that doesn't mean I'm not allowed to make morning deals. The same goes for midday deals. That's my way, when there's a loophole, there's a deal to be made!"

I facepalmed. "I'm not going to even bother commenting that."

"So what can I get you for? Anything that catches your eye?"

I remarked. "Yeah, the fact that you're still an annoying pipsqueak."

"Heeeey! Be nice or there won't be any discounts for you in the future."

"But in all seriousness, I won't tell anyone if you won't."

She giggled. "Thanks, but that won't get you anywhere."

"As for what you have on offer, are you sure these resort people won't question why you have a store open here?"

"Nope, in fact, I got permission to open a temporary store here. All I had to do was mention that I was recommended by the Divine Dragon and they gave me the go ahead to set up shop. It was real easy."

"Oh for the love of...you can't go around using Alear's name just to get what you want for money!"

She smirked. "Why not? I'm not the one doing anything wrong."

"I can't even...anyway, I'm getting sidetracked. Has anyone else come along by today?"

"Oh yeah, Yunaka was here, but then she dropped her purse and chased after a dog that grabbed it."

I blinked. "How did that happen?"

"Beats me. Now unless you're buying, move it."

'Yep, still an annoying pipsqueak.'
