Welcome to what I would call a story that takes place in another world and with a different male reader, hence why I call it a spiritual sequel. There will be a few nods to that story as well as some references I've snuck in because I can. ;)
So first off, since there are no time skip appearances this time around, Anna and Framme will NOT be in the harem, but they will be present in the story. Veyle and Hortensia will be part of the harem, but they will have wholesome parts just to be safe.
Secondly, this story takes place a year after the ending of Fire Emblem Engage, so all of the characters involved in this story will be a year older, which should be okay for a few of the girls who will now be 18 years old, such as Celine, Etie and Citrinne.
Finally, there will be a lot of lemons like the previous FE story was, and if you've been following me for a long time, you should know what to expect. That being said, let's move on with the story and let's begin with admiring that image above.
================================
Y/N's POV
I feel it...the calm winds, the splashing of the waves and the smoothness of the sailing. Then again, I was standing in front of the small ship that was travelling to a far away resort island. I should probably back up a little and explain why this is happening.
My name is...well, enough of introductions. I'm just a well-seasoned warrior who was fighting alongside the Divine Dragon and his army of strong-willed allies, we each had our strengths and flaws, but together, we brought justice to Sombron for those that were sacrificed.
What separates me from them however, is that I have ancestral blood that connected me to a ladies man who lived several millenniums ago and was part of another world. How that came to be, I did not know and I chose to rather not find out, for fear of melting my brain.
But if true, that would explain why I was the only guy coming along for the journey...well, almost. Today, me and the entire female side of the Divine One's followers were going on a vacation and Veyle wanted me to come along. Saying that Rosado "could do with a bro" to talk to...her words, I guess she's been spending time with Fogado a bit too much to learn that.
I agreed, and so here I was, joining them for what would be a summer vacation for us all. We had earned this after we saved Elyos over a year ago, after all. Eventually, I could see the view of the island we were going to. I was about to turn around and see if anyone else was seeing it, when I felt a pair of arms around me from behind.
"Hm? Who's that?" I asked.
"Oh, Y/N. Surely you know who does this to you by now."
I knew whose voice that was right away. "Celine...sorry, kinda forgot."
"Then maybe I should forget to have you kiss me."
I immediately turned around and held her close in return. "Please don't joke about that, I'm still trying to get used to this relationship, you know."
"Yes. Of course, it was sudden at first. But my brother insisted that I should think about the future and find a worthy suitor."
'And that turned out to be me...'
Okay, backtrack a little. After the final battle was over and peace began to reign over Elyos, I was summoned to the castle in Firene and after a lengthy discussion with the family, Alfred declared that I should go out with Celine. And with how beautiful she is, how could I refuse?
So we started dating for a while just to see where it goes, and after a week, we ended up falling in love after our third date. Since then, we agreed to keep the relationship between us and those we knew well, which was everyone on the Somniel. Though I could've sworn I saw a few other girls looking a little jealous. Especially Etie who looked disappointed, but she kept a brave face, and Chloe who seemed down when she heard the news.
