Company One

"An uncover investigation of company one?" Ace said confuse. "The new recruit training assignment system is one of the training systems in the fire force bylaws. During their first year on the force, soldiers can temporarily join a different company to learn more about how things get done. And you three will use this to go undercover and investigate company one" Obi explained the plan to the team.

"Me, Arthur, and Ace in company one?" Shinra said. "There might be someone in their jurisdiction or in their company manufacturing internals. I want you to get some clues! This might will be vital in helping us solve the mystery of spontaneous human combustion! We're counting on you!" Obi told them. "If there really is someone out there making internals, they have to pay!" Shinra said.

"They may suspect something if the new recruits all come from company eight. I'll send one of my soldiers too" Hibana said. "Is it really a good idea to send these three?" Hinawa said. Obi was quiet for a bit before walking up to Ace and Shinra. "Shinra! Ace! Be strong!" he told the two of them. "Yes sir!" they both shouted. "Heh, he's worried about them" Arthur said in the background.

The three of them along with some other fire soldiers and Maki were now at company one's headquarters. "So this is the holy sol obelisk monument" Shinra said as he and the others were looking up at a giant pillar. "It's even more titanic that I imagined it" Arthur said. "Do you think we can climb it?" Shinra asked. "What do you think Ace?"

When nobody replied, Shinra turn to see Ace was gone. "Huh? Where did Ace go?" Shinra asked. "Hey guys! Up here!" someone shouted as they looked up. Their eyes widen when they saw that Ace had already climbed the pillar. "This thing is really tall!" Ace shouted "Ace, get down from there!" Maki shouted. "But this is fun!" Ace shouted back. "You're going to get arrested and ruin the plan!" Maki shouted. "I don't think you should be shouting out that we have a plan" Arthur said as Ace landed on the ground.

"Now, your bags have been sent on ahead. You can go over there to finish registration" Maki told them. "Why do I have to join company one? That's so annoying" said the person that Hibana had sent over for the mission. "The sacred company one. I don't think I'm worthy" said a soldier that came from company two. "I think we have some extra guys. Is that ok?" Shinra asked Maki. "It's camouflage. Be nice. The company two kid just tagged along" Maki told him.

After getting their registration, they were now inside the cathedral following a nun who was showing them the way. "Company one is really something" Shinra said as he looked around. "This place is so big" Ace said as he then realize his voice kind of echoes in the cathedral. "Hello!" Ace said louder as he then heard his echo. "This place is going to be fun" Ace said.

They walked by a guy who was leaning on a pillar while wearing headphones. "So you're the new trainees" he said as he then approach them. He began observing Shinra before saying "Ugh, I bet you crap like crap. What's your crap, crap?" the guy asked. "Wha?" Shinra asked. 'It sounds like he's insulting me, but he's just calling my crap, crap, right?' Shirna thought.

"And you. Your ass looks like an ass. Be a good little ass and ass like an ass should, ass!" the man then told Arthur. "What was that you!?" Arthur said as Shinra stopped him. "Stop. He's just saying your ass is an ass" Shinra told him. The man looked at them before saying "Come with me. Captain Burns is expecting you." He walked them through some doors as he said "This is the grand cathedral."

Standing across from them was Captain Burns who stood there with his arms crossed. "Welcome to company one. We're happy to have you" Burns told them as Shinra just smiled at him. Two men stood by a pillar as one of them said "Tsk, tsk. Military uniform in the grand cathedral." "They're guests. Cut them some slack" the other guy told him. The guest then did a salute as Maki said "Company eight fire soldier first class, Maki Oze! I've brought the new recruits for their training!"
