The group is lost. People are nervous.
Bob, Carol, and Daryl are missing.
Sasha walks up to Gabriel angrily. "This is all connected. You show up, we're being watched, and now three of us are gone."
Gabriel blinks. He glances around. "I... I don't... I don't have anything to do with this."
Sasha pulls out her knife. The others stand.
Rosita shouts. "Don't!"
Tyreese holds out his hand. "Sasha, put it away."
"Who's out there? Where are our people?" She screams.
Gabriel backs away with his hands up, repeating that he isn't involved.
Y/N and Michonne gently pull Sasha away. Rick walks up to the priest. "Why'd you bring us here? You working with someone?"
"I'm alone. I'm alone. I was always alone." He stutters.
Rick takes a step closer. "What about the woman in the food bank, Gabriel? What did you do to her? 'You'll burn for this.' That was for you. Why? What are you gonna burn for, Gabriel?"
He grabs the man by the collar. "What? What did you do?"
He releases him and Gabriel lowers his head. "I lock the doors at night. I always lock the doors at night. I always lock the doors at night. I always-- They started coming, my congregation. Atlanta was bombed the night before and they were scared. They were-- they were looking for a safe place, a place where they felt safe. And it was so early. It was so early. And the doors were still locked. You see... it was my choice. There were so many of them and they were trying to pry the shutters and banging on the sidings, screaming at me. And so the dead came for them. Women... children. Entire families calling my name as they were torn apart, begging me for mercy."
His voice cracks and he pauses. "Begging me for mercy. Damning me to hell. I buried their bones. I buried it all. The Lord sent you here to finally punish me. I'm damned. I was damned before. I always lock the doors. I always lock the doors."
He collapses to the floor in quiet sobs. Suddenly there's a noise from outside. Whistling.
Glenn holds his gun as he peeks out the window. "There's something- there's someone outside laying on the grass."
Sasha doesn't hesitate, running out the doors. Y/N and Rick are right behind her. The others follow.
In the grass, lays Bob. He's missing a leg. Walkers are approaching. Sasha screams.
Some of the group take care of the walkers as Tara and Sasha carry Bob inside. Y/N clutches her sword as she notices the A painted in blood on the side of the church.
They rush inside and lock the doors. Everyone surrounds Bob on the floor. He sits up slightly as he talks. "I was in the graveyard. Somebody knocked me out. I woke up outside this place. It looked like a school. It was that guy, Gareth. And five other ones. They were eating my leg right in front of me. Like it was nothing. All proud like they had it all figured out."
Y/N covers her mouth, feeling queasy. She coughs and speaks in a low whisper. "Do they have Carol and Daryl?"
"Gareth said they drove off." He groans out.
Sasha supports his head. "He's in pain. Do we have anything?"
Rosita shrugs. "I think there are pill packets in the first aid kit."
Bob grinds his teeth. "Save 'em."
Sasha tilts her head as Bob sits up more, and moves away his shirt to reveal a bite on his shoulder.
