The group of students ran as quickly as they could up each flight of stairs. Each set more difficult than the last, the use of stamina increasing with each case. As soon as the got to just the 30th floor, Tsuski already felt the worst pain in the world, running while wearing high heels. Her skin was cold due to the short length of her dress and the jewelry growing freezing cold as well.
"Level thirty," Iida announced in short breaths. "Wait, Melissa. How high does it go?" Midoriya asked as he took heavy breaths as well. "...200th floor," she panted in response. "The what?!" Kaminari panicked. "That's way to many stairs!" Minetta added. "But it's still better than running into the villains," Yaoyorozu sighed.
The class continued to run, from the 40th to the 50th floor and so on. Tsuski felt her legs about to give out but she couldn't seem weak in front of her peers or in front of him especially. "Are you doing okay?" Todoroki asked her, she nodded at him with heavy breaths. "Yeah, I'm okay,"
The classmates reached the 80th floor and stopped. "The routes blocked!" Iida said. "What should we do? Break through it," Todoroki asked making Tsuski nod. "I can crush the metal with my quirk," she offered. "If we did that...I'm sure it'd alert the villains that someone's in here," Melissa explained with a frown. "Then why don't we go through this door, instead?" Minetta asked and stupidly opened it
"Minetta!" Midoriya panicked. "No, don't!" Melissa shouted in worry, yet he did so anyways. The class ran the opposite way in a hurry, scared they were noticed. "Is there another way to go up?" Todoroki questioned taking heavy breaths due to all the running. "There should be another emergency stairway at the other end of the hallway!" Melissa replied
"Let's hurry!" Iida shouted, running faster. Suddenly, door began to come from the hallway entrances, blocking it off. "The gates!" Midoriya gasped, making the class stop. "The one's behind us too!" Yaoyorozu added. Tsuski quickly threw her arm up and stopped just one from closing with a grunt.
"Todoroki!" Iida shouted. "I'm on it!" He nodded and shot his ice through the door, jamming it open. Tsuski released and took a breath, letting her arm fall limp. Iida ran through the crack of the gate and kicked down the other smaller door. "Everyone, quick! We can pass through here!"
They all quickly scrambled to get inside and began to run once again. "What is this place?" Midoriya asked. "It's a plant factory! They research the effects quirks have on fauna, here!" Melissa replied.
"Hold on! Look! The elevators coming up!" Jiro shouted and stopped the group. "Don't tell me the villains found us!" Minetta panicked. "We should hide and let them pass!" Midoriya suggested.
The group moved to hide behind some bushes, Tsuski crouched next to Todoroki and took this chance to calm her breathing. "I wonder if we can use that elevator to use to get to the top floor once their gone," Kaminari pondered. "No, only authorized people can use to control's, unfortunately. And it's built like a bomb shelter, so, we can't even break in and try," Melissa sighed and frowned at the current situation, leaving the UA students worried as well.
