The students of class 1-a were up at 6 am sharp, doing excercises to strengthen their quirk. All so, so difficult.
Bakugo was dipping his hands in boiling water, strengthening his sweat glands, Todoroki was alternating between ice and fire in a huge water bucket, getting his body accustom to the cold and controlling his flames, sero continously produced tape from his elbows and increased his shooting speed.
Kirishima and Ojiro fought hand in hand, improving both quirks at once. Kaminari was hooked up to high compacted battery, he is learning to handle larger amounts of electricity. Koda shouted and did vocal exercises. Aoyama blasted naval laser continuously to help with his stomach issues.
Tokoyami was learning to keep control of dark shadow in a cave. Uraraka was rolling around in a bubble to deduce nausea and increase how much weight she can lift.
Iida did hard core running, increasing his stamina. Asui working out all the muscles in her body, younge included. Sato was eating sugar to power up his quirk while lifting weights. Yaoyorozu was eating besides him, ampting up her creation quirk.
Jiro was amplifying her audio by honing her earphone jacks. Ashido was constantly creating acid as Minetta kept pulling off balls from his head. Shoji and Hagakure were teamed up, shoji creating multiple dupli arms as Hagakure worked on her stealth.
Fujiko was lifting up multiple objects at once to work on upping the amount of times she can use her quirk.
Tsuski had put her hair up in a high pony tail and was building up her strength by lifting up various large rocks at once, throwing them, and breaking them into bits. She grunted while lifting up about four rocks and threw them all, breaking almost all of them. One was still a whole and she had to grab it before it could hit someone.
"Come on, girly! You got this!" Tiger shouted, encouraging her. "Push yourself! Be plus ultra!"
Tsuski collapsed and grabbed her bucket that she was left, vomiting into it. "Fujiko, let me ask. Do you become nauseous when you overuse your quirk?" Mr.Aizawa asked her. She coughed and wiped her mouth, looking up at him.
"I'm okay," she grunted and shook her head. Suddenly she let out more into her bucket and held her head. "I see. I know what we need to work on now," He said.

"Now! Remember what I said?! We're not serving your food anymore," Pixie Bob announced in front of various ingredients on the table. "If you guys wanna eat, you'll have to make your own meals! Starting with curry!" Rag doll added. "Yes, Ma'am," the two classes groaned. "Oh, man! You guys look exhausted! But that doesn't mean you can coast by making sloppy cat food!" Rag doll shouted, laughing hysterically.
