Tsuski was strategizing, thinking of what she could do to pass. All she had to do was take out one person and avoid getting her targets hit, as well as work within the short time limit.
She was also busy strategizing, coming up with a plan of action in her mind as she walked around and looked for her targets.
She had been told that she had to take out just one student within the time limit, which shouldn't have been too hard for her.
She was feeling nervous at the time limit and the people around her, but she felt far less confident without Todoroki around to keep her grounded.

Tsuski decided she wouldn't attack until someone attacked her, she decided to wander and look around. She would act once she heard the announcer say the name of the first person who passed.
As she walked around, her gaze wandering around, she was keeping her ears perked for the announcer to speak.
She was waiting for that signal, as she was hesitant to start fighting until she was forced into it.
She needed every advantage she could get, seeing as she had not had very much time to prepare for this exam, and she didn't want to start any unnecessary fights.
Her ears perked up when she heard the sudden vibration in the ground, and she felt her breathing increase as she was sent falling back against a wall.
She wasn't sure what had just happened, but she could guess that it was from someone's quirk being used.
She was keeping her eyes and ears open, constantly on alert, still trying to figure out who her target should be.
"Huh? AHHHH! WHAT!? THERE ARE 120 PEOPLE TAKEN DOWN?! A SINGLE PERSON MANAGED TO DO THAT IN JUST ONE ATTACK? That actually surprised me so much that I'm awake! I see people passing now, let's get this over with so I can take a break! Good? Good!"
