We were all currently eating dinner, Chicken and Dumplings < Once again, Requested by Griffin
Today was rather interesting, dad came up here with some odd ass news
"Why are you guys being so quiet??" Bruce asked, aiming the question towards me and Vance
We both stayed silent, then started to tell everything that happened today at the same time, making it sound like a total mess
"One at a time-" Bruce said
"ADOPTION." Me and Vance said in sync
"What the fuck?" Billy asked
"You explain the first half, then I'll tell the other half" Vance stated to me, I nodded
"Okay, so. Today while you guys were playing in the jungle gym with Griffin, me and Vance were in the living room chilling, a movie and shit was on, right? But then dad just straight up walked in, struntin' his shit-" Vance elbowed me to get back on topic "Right-. So dad walked in and sat next to me cuz why tf not? And he said that Vance's asshole motherfucking whore of a father had knocked on his door as well as Griffin's #1 Child Abuser of the Year as a dad and handed him two adoption papers, one for Vance, one for Griffin and that shit" I explained, switching it over to Vance
"So we talked for a bit and came to the agreement that Terrence, Finney's dad, would adopt me and Finney would adopt Griffin, and now Good-Now-,-Asshole-Before, also Finney's dad, is talking with (Vance's dad's name) and (Griffin's dad's name) to get that shit all situated, like those two hella homphobic whores are gonna decline. So pretty much, Finney is now an actual mother to Griffin and I'm Finney's older brother." Vance finished explaining, me and him both now smiling
Everyone stayed silent for a second, letting that all soak in
"Isn't Finney adopting Griffin illegal? Finney isn't over the age limit, though I don't know if there actually is one, but still.." Brice asked
"I never said 'legally adopted Griffin'." Vance said and smiled
"Didn't you already adopt me before?" Griffin asked
"Not fully" I replied
"THEN WHY DIDN'T THAT MOTHERFUCKING ASSHOLE BITCHASS WHORE DIDN'T GIVE YOU THE ADOPTION PAPERS BEFORE??!!!?!" Griffin yelled as loudly and he possibly can, which wasn't loud, but still
Everyone at the table was now laughing their asses off. Hell, even Edgar was somewhat laughing
"OMG SMOKEY HIT THE ROOF-" Billy yelled
"Chrissy?? 👁👄👁" Robin asked
"PFFFFT-" Billy laughed
"*E H E M* MAX??" Vance said
"EDDIE!?" I yelled
"NOOOOOOOOOO" Robin and Vance screamed in sync
