Ch-7 Y/n Joins the Battlefield

No one's POV

"Call it, captain." Tony said as Steve walked forward.

"Alright, listen up. Until we can close that portal, our priority is containment. Barton, I want you on that roof. Eyes on everything. Call out patterns and strays. Stark, you got the perimeter. Anything gets more than three blocks out, you turn it back or you turn it to ash." He started to give orders, assigning roles to all of them.

"Can you give me a lift ?" Clint asked Tony.

"Right, better clench up legoless." He grabbed Clint and propelled both of them up into the air, leaving him on the roof of a high-rise building.

"Thor, you gotta try and bottleneck that portal. Slow 'em down. You got the lightning. Light the bastards up." Thor nodded and started spinning his hammer around before launching himself into the air.

Cap turned to Natasha next. "You and me, we stay here on the ground. Keep the fighting here."

"And hulk!"

The Hulk turned to his captain on hearing his name being called. Captain America lifted his finger and pointed it at him while saying just one single word. One word which was more than enough to command the Hulk.

"Smash."

The Hulk smirked and jumped in the air, spraying debris and dust as it flew through the air and brought it's hand onto a Chitauri soldier, killing it and crushing the building side behind it. Hulk jumped from one building to the next, crashing the next unfortunate Chitauri before truning around and crushing another with a backhand, all while still holding onto the side of the building. He roared out loud and he jumped in the air just as a few Chitauri shops flew past him. One hit his back and fell out of course and another was destroyed by the hulks strong hand.

Thor stood at the top of a tall, point skyscraper and lifted his hammer up. The sky turned dark and lightning began to channel itself into the hammer. He roared while directing the lightning to the portal, destroying dozens of Chitauri ships and stopped the leviathan which tried to enter, even destroying it and pushing it back.

Meanwhile at the hellicarrier, Maria Hell walked up to Fury. "Sir, it's a call from the council."

"Stark, got a lot of strays sniffing yoru tail." Clint warned him.

"I'm trying to keep them off the streets." He responded.

"Well, find a tight corner." She says whole casually shooting out a Chitauri ship without even looking at it.

"I will. Roger that."

Tony then made a quick turn around a building while being followed. Hawkeye saw this and shot and arrow at the Chitauri right behind Iron man. The arrow quickly started to melt through the ship, making it crash and explode. The one behind that shot at Tony, who stopped midair, which made the attack go ahead of him. He quickly fired photon rays at the Chitauri, destroying it before getting back on course and flying forward. The Chitauri shot at the him, but missed and hit the ground, producing explosions that flipped cars. One of them was hit by a large vehicle and exploded as Stark took a turn into the parking area of a building. He came out from the entrance and flew straight, but made a quick turned back. A Chitauri ship crashed into the side of a building and exploded while the rest continued to chase after him.

"Oh boy." He let out a slight voice with a hint of frustration in it.

He entered another basement, but crashed into the side of the wall a bit because of an explosion shot flby the Chitauri behind him. That explosion blinded them and the two ended up crashing into each other and were lit up. Iron man flew out of the building and made a turned as the two Chitauri ships crashed into the building our side and exploded, shattering the pillars and setting the ground on fire. Many cars had exploded due to the reaction of the engine and fuel with the flames.
