JI EUN
They were all outside Ji Eun's room waiting.
 "Doc, what's wrong with her?" Jessica asked after the docter exited the Ji Eun's room. He had checked Ji Eun's condition right after he was told that she woke up.
"Ji Eun, as you guys already saw, broke her right arm and unfortunately lost some of her memories as well. That means that she doesn't know some parts of what had happened in her past. It could be a good and a bad thing. Well, just don't ask her too many questions besides if she asks for it. We don't want to over strain her, do we? She'll get her memory back someday it will only take some time." the doctor informed them.
"And will she be able to go back to South Korea in two days? She's only here for vacation" Jessica asked concerned.
"Well, she needs to stay here for another night. We still have to keep an eye on her and if she's feeling better we'll be able to release her tomorrow.If everything goes well. About the flight.. she'll get some painkillers if she feels any pain. Yes, she's allowed to go back when someone's going with her. I wouldn't let her return by herself." the doctor said and looked at the both of them. Jessica looked at Mark as he was looking at her.

After finding out from Mark that the rest of the members left earlier than he did, since he overslept from staying at his parent's house. Which was also the reason for him to be able to stay by Ji Eun's side. It was fortunate that they had they took the same flight back.
"Can you take her with you?" Jessica asked.
"Huh? Uhm.. yeah." he said. The doctor nodded in agreement.
"Alright, if that's all for now. I really need to go now. Have a save day you two and don't hesitate to call a nurse for any complications" the doc said and left.

"Mark, I need to go now too. I need to pack Ji Eun's things." Jessica said.
"And what should I do now?" Mark asked.
"Just go back to her and talk with her." she suggested.
"How? She doesn't even know who I am." Mark said frustrated.
"Mark. Maybe this is your chance to start new, don't you think? Well, she used to ignore you and maybe this is a sign that you can start new with her, you know." Jessica said optimistically and patted his shoulder before she left. She knew that he cheated on her best friend but also did she know that he was not a bad guy. He only fucked up like any other human being could have.
"But wait!!" he yelled for Jess.
"You can do this!! Take care of her, okay? I'll be back once I'm done" Jessica said waving at him without looking back.

MARK
"Aish.." he said sighing.
He took a deep breath in and out before he entered the room. Ji Eun was sitting on her bed reading a magazine.

JI EUN
-minutes ago-
After a while alone she decided read a magazine. Then she heard someone enter her room but didn't check who it was. Once that person came closer to her and sat on the couch close to her bed, she stopped reading and looked up facing the guy for a minute.

"Where did Jessica go?" she asked quietly.
"She left already she had to do some stuff." he replied with his deep voice.
"So, w-who are you again?" she asked curious as she still didn't figure out who it was.
"Me?.. I'm Mark. Mark Tuan. I'm a friend of your brother." he said as hard as it was for him to introduce him to her. She stayed quiet nodding but still looked at him.
"Oh.. Where is he right now? Jinyoung oppa?" she questioned.
"Uhm.. he's in Seoul. Probably doing an interview with the other members.. or busy with his kdrama" he said looking at Ji Eun. She nodded once again.
"D-do you need anything? Are you hungry or thirsty? I can get you something from outside." he asked.
"No, thank you. I'm not hungry but could you buy me a drink? My throat is a little dry." she requested.
"Sure, I'll be right back. Just stay here." he said.
"Where should I go anyway.." she said chuckling and smiled slightly at him.
But you didn't ask me what I wanted to drink.. how would you know what I like?

As he came back he handed her a drink that tasted like sweet watermelon, which was her favorite flavor of that brand.
"Mmmh, how did you know that I'd like this?" she asked happily, starting to get a little comfortable around him while sipping on her drink.
Mark thought for some seconds before answering her question.
He didn't know if he should just tell her about their past. Remembering what Jessica had told him, he decided to start of new
"I actually just thought that you might like it. Because I know you do." he replied. Ji Eun smiled at him appreciating his kindness.
"This is my favorite flavor. Good choice you've made there. Your girlfriend must be very happy having you beside her." Ji Eun said without remembering their backstory.
Mark looked at her in surprise.
"What?! No, no I'm not in a relationship right now." he said rubbing the back of his neck.
"Someone as handsome, caring and talented like you.. doesn't have a girlfriend?! Why?! What happened?" she asked slowly and wanted to listen to his love story. She took a pillow and hugged it tightly ready to hear what had happened.

Mark didn't know what to say he just looked into her eyes and started talking.
"Well.. I've made a big mistake that I still regret it to this day.. It just happened that she let go.. We didn't really fight but.." he said talking to her knowing she didn't know about their relationship together, which drove him insane.
"But what?" Ji Eun asked listening carefully as she hugged the pillows tighter onto her chest.
He sighed and smiled weakly at her.
"After that mistake.. I just let her leave, you know. I wanted to chase after her but I didn't. I didn't fight for our love. That's what I regret the most, because it was my fault. I broke all the promises we have made. It was all me." Mark said biting his lower lip as he was close to shedding a tear in front of her once girlfriend.
"Well, whatever you or she had done.. If I were you I would still look for her and try to talk things out at least. I can see that you miss her and by sitting here taking care of a band member's sister doesn't really help. You should find her. Maybe she still loves you." Ji Eun said quietly as she smiled at Mark giving him courage but Mark's heart broke each time she spoke.
"Maybe. But.. never mind. How should I find her if I'm already talking to her and she doesn't even remember me.." Mark mumbled sighing heavily.
"Well.. What do you have to lose anyway? Just take a risk and do something about it. You still love her, the way I see it" Ji Eun said eye-smiling him.
"Y-yeah.. You might be right. Thank you." he said quietly.

-the next morning-
Ji Eun was sitting on her bed while the doctor was writing something on his board.
"Doctor, is everything fine.. with me beside.. you know?" she asked.
"Yes but keep in mind. One day you have to tell them the truth. You have to be more careful from now on. We'll never know when something's gonna happen. Especially since you'll be in Seoul. Contact me once you've settled with a hospital so I can send them your test results and the rest of the information needed" he said concerned after getting Ji Eun's results.
"Yes, I understand I'll go to the hospital right after I get back there. I'll get myself checked right after I arrived doctor but isn't there something I can do about it?" Ji Eun asked looking down.
"I'm sorry. You can only take your medication once a day. Make sure that you won't forget to take one and don't overwork yourself. That means no sports too." he said.
"How about dancing?" she asked looking at him.
"Of course you can dance.. slow dances. Dancing as in learning difficult choreographies or practicing too long.. that would only harm your health, Ji Eun." the doctor said feeling sorry.
"Okay, well thanks again doc." Ji Eun said and shook his hand.
"No problem, Ji Eun. Take care!" he said. With that Ji Eun walked out of the hospital to find Jessica already waiting outside of her car to pick Ji Eun up.
