Chapter 7

AUTHORS NOTE:
Hey, I've decided to add Elliott. He was suppose to be Riley's older brother in GMW but they decided to cut his character. Since Maya and Riley are both 15 in the story he'll be 17, just 2 years older. He'll be coming back from a 3 week triple took with some friends.cAnd he will have a slight crush on Maya and try to get her to be his gf.

Maya's POV

I slept for a few hours but then I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. It was 2am. So I get my phone and check it. I had 20 texts from Lucas and a few missed phone call from him and Riley. I went to the living room to check that Josh was sleeping. I didn't see him on the couch. I thought he probably left. I was kinda sad but I would be able to call Riley and Lucas without having to worry about waking him up. I was about to call Lucas when I heard the door open. It was Josh. I was curious to know where he was but I didn't want him to know I was awake so I went back to bed and acted like I was asleep. I heard him walk in.

"You look so beautiful sleeping Maya." He said, carefully caressing my face.
"But I can't be with you, your Rileys best friend." He kissed me on the check then left.

I felt my face get really hot. Joshua Matthews likes me? I fell asleep thinking about that, forgetting to call Riley or Lucas.

When I woke up I went to the kitchen and found Josh eating some cereal. After what he said last night I didn't know what to do, but act casual and normal. I looked out the window. It looked so beautiful with the snow covering the ground in white.

"Hey Maya, you're a heavy sleeper." Josh said smiling at me.

"Oh, Ya, so I've been told." I smiled back.

"So how is your knee?" He asked.

"It's much better, thanks." I said. I had forgotten all about it.

"So last night while you were sleeping I went back to Rileys and told her you were with me. She was really worried, she said she called you many times, and so did Lucas." When he said Lucas he suddenly looked angry again, but then back to himself.

"Ya, I checked my phone when I woke up, I texted her and Lucas back saying I was fine."

"Okay. Later were going to go back to Riley's. Her brother, Elliott is coming back from his trip and they're going to make him a welcome back dinner."

"I missed him so much!!" I exclaimed. Elliott was cute, but he always saw me as a little sister.

"Good. So eat breakfast then I can take you home if you want to get new clothes." He suggested.

"Um, no thanks. I have some at Rileys." I said.

I started eating breakfast really fast. I couldn't wait to see Elliott again. Next to Riley he was closest friend and I knew I could trust him with anything. When I finished we headed back to the Matthews. It was around 12 so they had up some decorations. Only Riley was here because Cory, Topanga, and Auggie went to pick up Elliott.

"Hey Riley." I walked up to her and hugged her. "Sorry for kissing Lucas." I told her looming down.

"It's okay Maya. Farkle dared me to kiss him, and Maya don't tell anyone, but I like it!!!" She exclaimed.

"God for you, so what now? You suddenly forgot about Huckleberry and now is in "love" with Farkle?" I teased.

"No, but I want to ask him on a date." She blushed. "Wait, nothing happened between you and Josh right Maya?" She asked suspicious of me.

"No Riley. He's cute, but too old for me." I assured her.

"Okay, wel-" she was interrupted when the door opened. She turned around, and there standing at the door was Elliott. Riley's older cute brother.

"Riles!" He went up to Riley and hugged her.

"Mhmmm." I coughed. He stopped hugging her and looked at me. He looked surprised.
"Elliott, it's only been 3 weeks." I blushed. I liked the way he looked at me.

"Wow Maya, I know, but you look gorgeous." He said.

"Well thanks, you look great too. Now where's my hug?" I teased. The I hugged him. I wrapped my arms around his neck while he put his hands in my waist for a while before wrapping them around me. Then suddenly he picked me up and I had to wrap my legs around him too. We stayed like that for a while until we realized everyone was staring at us. Then he let go of me.

"I missed you Maya." He said.

"I missed you, too." I then walked to Josh. His eyes were fixed on Elliott, not in rude way but it made me feel uncomfortable. But then we went back to the 'party' catching up on everything with Elliott.

So there's chapter 7. Hope you liked it. Sorry if things don't make sense. I not a good writer and Idk what you want to happen because no one is leaving comments. Also Since no one is leaving comments I don't know whether to continue the story or not.
Sorry if I delete the story, but to continue I'm going to need atleast a few comments telling me if I'm doing good or not.
