It's been a while since Beomgyu stops eat those sleeping pills, it's not that he was upset because of Yiera but the way Yiera react makes him curious and decided to stop taking the pill to figure it out.
"Why did she freak out..?" he ask to himself.
"Is there something I don't know? But whatever it is, she wouldn't tell me."
Beomgyu pushes his hair back in frustration. He looks at the sleeping pill and realizes there are only left seven pills more out of twenty-one.
It was about this time, he just realized how many did he ate.
"Man I didn't realize I ate that much." he thought.
