Riley jogs over to Ellana's bed. Tears pour from her face.

"Ellana? Ellana, dear, what's wrong? Are you dying? Oh God, please say you're not dying, I can't be doing with this as well." Begins Riley.

"You inconsiderate hobgoblin! The first thing you say to me when you see me is 'am I dying?'. If you want to be with me, then stop messing around. Your work should not be a priority. I've got something called 'Lumbar Radiculopathy'." Sobs Ellana.

As she mumbles the words, Connie walks back into the room. This time, she's armed with Tess.

"Hi, Ellana. I'm Tess, a nurse who'll be looking after you. I just need to do a check-up, okay?" Tess says confidently and reassuringly, hoping her first impression was positive and warming.

"Um, okay? Thank you, Tess." Says Ellana. She then continues: "Connie, can you explain Lumbar Radiculopathy to my husband, please?"

Connie sighs, before re-explaining herself.

Back in the carriage, Honey leans forward and examines the body. She sees a phone next to the body and a bag. There's also a scarf. It's Robyn!

"Robyn!" Shouts Honey. She goes to feel for a pulse. She sighs a sigh of relief - there's a pulse. Honey looks at the phone. She grabs it and presses a button. The phone lights up, and as it does so does Honey's facial expressions.

Honey goes to lift Robyn and drag her out the tunnel. She gets her arms and lifts the upper half of her body. Honey then proceeds to drag Robyn through the smoke and out into the open.

After all the drama, Honey looks at the phone. There's a signal, a strong signal.

"Don't bother, dear." Calls an elderly lady from the road. "I've called the ambulance, they're on their way. Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'll be fine, it's just a sore left wrist. Here, you don't have any medication on you, do ya?" Asks Honey, trying not to cripple over in agony.

"No, dear. I may be old, but I'm still healthy!" Chuckles the elder as she says her sentence. "I'm Caroline. Luckily for you, I used to work in a hospital. This young lad, how long has been lying here?" Asks Caroline.

Honey stutters: "I'm not sure. About ten minutes?" Caroline looks at Honey's face.

"You're hurting love. Come and sit down. Take deep breaths as well, all that smoke inhalation can't be good for you."

Meanwhile, Riley listens carefully to what Connie says, absorbing the information he's being given. Connie then stops speaking and walks away with Tess. Riley turns to Ellana, struggling to find his voice. He picks her hand up off the bed and grips it in his hand.

"I'm sorry, dear. Does your Mum know? I'll inform her if you'd like me to." And as Riley ends his sentence the room falls into silence. Ellana looks up to Riley, before digging her head into his armpit. She sobs uncontrollably. Riley comforts her, but it is evident through his facial expressions that he is unsure what's wrong, was it something he said?

"Ellana, dear? What's wrong? Come on, love, speak to me. Come on, please?"

Ellana looks up, her eyes a bloodshot red from the tears. "It's Mum, she's dead..."

"3006 to Holby City Ambulance Station. Reports of a tram crash just off Taverham highway. Serious casualties and possible deaths, can we have immediate back up please?" Utters the operator into Dixie's radio.

"3006 to control, received and on my way over now. Over." Replies Dixie, before running to the ambulance, turning the lights on and racing off.

In a matter of minutes Dixie arrives at the destination. She is greeted to three fire engines, a further four ambulances, six police cars and a rapid response car. Iain runs over to Dixie. Dixie's face perks up. After she missed him on her first call out - seeing him on her second was a blessing.

"IAIN!" Shouts Dixie. "What's going on?" She asks assertively.

"Right. We've got a derailed tram, and an exploded car. One fatality currently. Honey and Robyn have both been involved in the incident. Robyn's vaguely conscious, while Honey's fully aware, but is complaining of pain to her left wrist. I've put a sling on and given her morphine. She's about to be escorted to hospital now. Robyn's going to need to be escorted immediately, Dixie. We also have an unidentified male who Honey saved from the burning car. He's suffering a compound fracture to the right wrist, and a serious head injury. I'm going to stay and treat him, Dixie. We have another ambulance on standby. You can't hang around, you need to get Robyn in. We're fine here."

"No. I want to stay and help, Iain." Dixie demands. But Iain's having none of it.

"As much as I'd love for us to chat, we can have a drink after work. But right now I need you to go and get a trolley, and get Robyn to hospital, Dixie!" Says Iain.

"Fine. But you're paying for every single drink tonight, yeah?" Grins Dixie. And before Iain can reply she's up and off.
