Charlie walks behind the reception desk, where Noel and Louise are situated. The pair both have a frown on their face. Charlie gives them a warming smile, before asking the question lingering on everyone's minds: what's wrong?

"Are you two okay? You look like a child who didn't receive a sticker at the hospital." Charlie says to Noel and Louise, trying to lift the spirits.

"That Jamie guy, the one involved in the tram crash. Know him?" Louise asks Charlie. Charlie's eyes widen, and the smile on his face dies out.

"What's happened?" He asks curiously.

"He died." Louise mutters softly. "He died about ten minutes ago."

"I'm very sorry to hear that. It's been a tough day for everyone. Now, I don't want to seem like I'm changing the topic of talk, because I'm not. But I need you Noel to be fully aware. Honey's claiming to be your daughter. It may just be the medication she's on, but I thought I'd give you the heads up, just so you don't get a massive shock when she does turn around and call you'dad'."

Noel and Louise stare at each other. Noel then turns back to Louise. He carefully considers in his head what he's going to say next.

"Uh, I'll go and talk to her now." Noel replies. Charlie holds his hands up, as if he's blocking himself from a violent drunk. "Don't be too hasty though, Noel." Charlie carefully says to Noel.

"Would it be better if I went in first?" Asks Louise. Both Noel and Charlie look at her. She purses her lips. "I guess that's a no then. I was only trying to help." Louise snaps, before muttering under her breath.

"Go for it, Louise. She might communicate better with a girl." Noel utters confidently. Louise's head shoots up. "I'll go now then." She says, before stomping off in her high heels to Honey's cubicle.

Back in Resus, Connie quietly creeps in. She walks over to Robyn, who is restless. "Robyn? Robyn, are you okay? How are you feeling now?" Connie asks Robyn benevolently. Robyn turns her head to Connie.

"I'm feeling much better, thank you, Connie." Robyn breathlessly yet sweetly tells Connie.

"Take as much time as you need to recover. You're an asset to the team, and we need you to work to the best of your ability. So please, rest and get better, yeah? Anyway, I have a tonne of paperwork to wade my way through, so I'm going to go and get busy now, okay? But I'll see you tomorrow. Rest up." Connie finishes.

"Thank you, Connie. You know what? People can be wrong about you. You can be a nice boss." Robyn says considerately and carefully, trying her hardest not to offend the Icy Queen. Connie exits Resus. A huge, ear-to-ear smile forms on Robyn's face. She says to herself: "I was just complimented by my boss."
