Light shone through the windows of Recovery Girl's office as the traitor traced over the bandages on her arm. When she had twisted the wrist of the bubbly, pink girl, she had managed to avoid the acid to her face in exchange for acid to her wrist. Recovery Girl bandaged the angry red splotches as the younger girl sat chewing on some gummy bears the ex-pro had given her.

"Make sure not to scratch your arms, Dear. Those gummies should take care of the burns, but scratching them could counter the effect," the old woman spoke in a caring manner. The girl nodded quickly in response as she continued to chew the gummies in her mouth. With that, she pushed herself off the bed she was sitting on and walked towards the exit, saying a 'thank you' to Recovery Girl on the way out. Her footsteps echoed off the walls of the hallway. Not a single person was in sight. There must be a really interesting fight going on right now. The girl slowly made her way back to her class stands without a sense of urgency. She thought back on her previous match as well as the upcoming one. I'm going up against that dark and emo-bird kid. From what I can tell, he uses his quirk for long-range attacks. He constantly used his quirk as a sort-of shield in his last match; he's probably not good with hand-on-hand combat. So the strategy is to run around like a lunatic until I get close enough to punch him. He'll probably try to push me out of bounds, so I've got to avoid his little birdie friend as much as I can. With that, the girl arrived at the entrance of her class stands; she returned to the front of the seats where she had sat before. Shinso sat in the seat next to her. He seemed to be slightly disappointed. The girl decided not to ask questions, knowing why he felt that way.

"You missed a pretty intense fight, y'know," he spoke up suddenly, eyes trained on the field below, which was currently being cleaned up. "Huh, really? Who was it?" the girl responded, curiosity lacing her words. She examined the field as she waited for his response. There were chunks of concrete from the stage scattered all around the stadium, and the field seemed to be slightly smoky. "Bakugou vs. Uraraka. The crowd booed Bakugou." With those words, the girl's head snapped toward him, "What? Why?" Shinso's eyes moved to meet hers, "He gave her a fair chance. He didn't go easy on her because she was a girl. He treated her as an equal, and some of the Pros saw it as him being too rough with a girl." A scoff sounded from the traitor's lips, "That's rich. I can't believe that fucking Pros are the ones that believe in that sort of shit. I, as a girl, could probably beat the shit out of all of them." Shinso's eyes lingered on her form questioningly. He hesitated before speaking, "What exactly is your quirk anyway? Present Mic was kinda vague. It sounded pretty complicated." The girl thought about how much of her quirk she wanted to reveal and decided to expose all of it except for one emotion. It's not like you can counter my quirk anyway. "Emotion Manipulation. It gives the user the ability to absorb emotions. Those emotions can be transformed into energy that the user, me, can output. I activate my quirk and suck up the emotions of everyone around me, then I decide on what emotion I want to output. I pick between exhaustion, sadness, anger, joy, love, tranquility, and anxiety. Then I can output the emotion as an energy blast or gas. The person affected by said gas or energy blast will be forced to feel the physical and emotional aspects of the feeling I chose. It doesn't physically hurt them, though. I can only do actual damage to inanimate objects." Shinso blinked slowly as he processed the girl's quirk dump. "Okay, so how were you able to knock out Ashido? Was that the gas form? And does being around a lot of people power you up more? What happens when there's no one around? Can you still activate your quirk?" The girl blinked back slowly in response. So many questions. "I knocked out Ashido by transferring a small energy blast through where I was touching her wrist. Being around many people increases the power of my quirk because I can absorb more emotion, which is why that small blast was so powerful. If no one were to be around, I could technically use my own emotions to activate my quirk, but the side effects are horrible, and I avoid them at all costs." Silence ensued as Shinso took more time to process the girl's explanation. "That was a lot," he spoke to disrupt the silence. "Yeah, I know." The boy thought for a second before he felt more questions fill his mind. "Why didn't you blast Ashido with a big energy blast from the get-go? And what are the side effects of your quirk?" A small annoyance grew in the girl's gut at the number of questions she was answering. "Look, Shinso. I should really be prepping for my next match. I'm up next. I'll see you later," and with that, the girl stood up, storming out of the stands. Maybe I said too much.
