ARC 1 END

Hi everyone! Author Azzy here, very happy to present you the end of arc 1 after years in the making! I do apologize for the incredibly long wait (I was gone for literally 3 years) but I hope the end was worth the wait. One thing I'd like to say in this note is that,

I've actually rewritten the entire book from the first chapter up to Chapter 27! So I do encourage reading through everything again because Rie has been largely re-personalized and gotten more depth in character. There are also lots of additional romantic and cheesy moments that I believe most of you are here for. Some developments between Rie and Kaito have been rewritten. And some formatting changes have been done as well! I took this chance to do this because I am ending Arc 1 here, so I expect everyone who sees this would like to reread the previous chapters first as a refresher to where things are and what is happening.

Secondly, one of the greatest hurdles in writing the story so far was coming up with a mystery. I'm not sure how well I wrote that aspect in Arc 1 because I have zero experience with concocting a case, but I'm definitely not risking that again going forward. So, I'll be focusing more on the romance between our main characters and putting the murder mystery plots at lower stakes. I won't completely remove it, but I'll definitely have to dial it down and make it less ambitious. This change is great, and I hope you will join me in that journey as well. If not, I thank you so much for following this far. It was surely a difficult task to.
