All day it's been a ruckus; filled with stress and brisk motions. Outside where the wedding will take place, people add the final details to the lavish event as those who will attend prepare themselves to look their best. The four closer squids gather in a room with Rider and assist him as best as they possibly could. Except, Army's mostly doing the work. The other three try but can't seem to understand what they should do. "Feeeling nervous.." Mask taunts, grinning wide under his face mask instead of his regular gas one. "Of course not. I've been ready for this since day one." Rider confidently straightens his suits neck line.
"I'm glad you're getting married. It's a big step and you seem happy with Goggles. I truly wish you guys the best." Aloha spoke as he leans in his seat. "Appreciate it Aloha. What time is it?" Rider anxiously asked Army who checks his watch. "You have two more hours till the ceremony. It's plenty of time." The orange commander insisted.
"I'm not worried about the time.." Rider rubs his palms down on his pants. Skull seems to take note,
"You're getting impatient. Rider, waiting to see Goggles will make every minute worth it." The purple lad stood and placed his hand firmly down on Riders shoulder to comfort him."You're right..I just can't wait.."
"Look at you being all romantic. It's adorable." Aloha teases as Rider turns to glare at him. "Ignore him. Right now we are just getting you prepared." Army whispered over to the lime squid who smiles in return but slowly drops it once he begins staring at Army's outfit.
"How did you forget your suit? Aren't you far more responsible than Aloha." Rider mentioned as Aloha heard and drops his jaw, feeling offended.Army stayed momentarily quiet then glanced at his roommate who stares right back and smiles. "Well..I've learned to take things a little more easy. Besides, something distracted me while packing." Mask grunts and crosses his arms. "You mean someone.." Skull nudges the cyan squid in the arm to quiet him down.
Rider peeked over toward the orange squid and sees that his face is flushed and tries hiding it with his hand. The lime squid looks into the mirror in front of him and stared at Aloha. He thought maybe Army's embarrassed from Masks comment, or it could possibly be a true statement.
"We need to get things ready on our end. Rider, you good here." Skull asked as he heads for the door.
"Of course. Thank you all." The four squids gather in front of the door and give a slight nod. They leave and start heading their own ways to attend to some duties.
Of course Aloha and Army stick together and freshen themselves up in a restroom. "I don't care what they say. I think we look great." Aloha confidently spoke while smoothing out his shirt.
"Whatever you say." Army snickers then noticed how Alohas reaching at his back trying to pull something off him.
"Aloha? What are doing?" Army approaches and examines the lad.
"I think there's a tag touching my back somewhere. I can't reach it though...""Okay hang on." Army turns Aloha around and examines the back of his shirt but nothing could be seen.
That must mean— "Aloha.." Army could feel his face turning hot.
"Don't tell me.." groans the pink lad."Tag must be inside your shirt so.."
"Fine. Just reach up and look for it.." Aloha blushes feeling irritated that it's come down to this. Taking his shirt off completely seems like a leap for him; so he'll stick to this instead. Hopefully it'll be fast. Army nervously slips his hand up as Aloha flinches from the orange commanders cold hands. However, they were soft—nevertheless, whenever they grazed his skin; it felt so surreal, he never would have imagined Army coming this close to him. It made his body tense and crave more.
"I'm telling you, they're ga—" Mask and Skull enter the restroom and witness Army having his hands up Alohas shirt. The two caught in the action are humiliated and step away from the other with their faces glowing bright with their ink color. "Maybe you're onto something." Skull retorts.
"Of course I am. What the hell are you two doing? This ain't the time nor the place." Mask addressed the two squids behavior. "It's not like that! I swear!"
Army panics. "He was just trying to find the tag in my shirt!" Aloha chimes in with just as much stress.
