*Everyone learns the message Lloyd found came from Clover, Violet's late grandmother and Marina's late mother*
Marina: It looks like a.....plug in.
Jay: What could a plug in be doing here anyway?!
Lloyd: I don't know. But, I feel that there's a message in there.
Violet: There is?
Kai: Well, we need to find a plug in and listen to the message.
Nya: Over there! (She points at a nearby place) This is where the message can be plugged in.
Cole: Wonder who it could be from.
Zane: It could be from anyone.
Lloyd: Here goes. (He plugs in the message and it reveals a woman about in her seventies) Whoa!
Misako: Oh my.
Clover: To those who are receiving this message, it means that my powers have reached my granddaughter. (Lloyd looks at Violet) How it all began was during a crash with both of my parents slipping away. (Wu heard the message loud and clear) Then, I met a man named Elijah, who found and nursed me back to health. (Violet gasped at the name) Over time, we fell in love and had a daughter.
Lloyd: A daughter?
Clover: We decided to name her, Marina. (Violet gasped) She was very excited to begin her training as a ninja. At Wu's she met and made a friend in Morro. (Marina looked down in grief upon that) However, he let his own jealousy sever his ties with her. (Violet looked at her mother in sadness) But, I hope, one day, my granddaughter will reunite the two and end their bitter conflict. (Violet looked up upon hearing that) I have complete faith in you.
Violet: Grandmother......(She attempted to touch the hologram but the message ended) Oh my!
Kai: Oh my!
Lloyd: Violet, the message came from your grandmother!
Wu: Clover was the first Elemental Master of Spirit. She passed on her element to her female descendants.
Marina: Mother.....
Violet: My grandmother was the first Spirit Elemental?
Marina: She was. It runs in our side of the family.
Violet: I miss her so much. (She hugs her mother) So much!
Marina: I miss her too.
Misako: Did something happen?
Marina: My mother passed away a few days before Violet turned 4.
Lloyd: Oh, I'm so sorry, Violet.
Kai: We all are.
Violet: Thank you guys. (She hugs all of her friends) Thank you.
Morro: GAH! Something is reaching me!
Ghoultar: Is it the recent message they found?
Morro: No, it isn't. (He then felt regret towards Marina) What have I done.
Lloyd: Violet, your grandmother said she has complete faith in you to reconcile Marina and Morro.
Cole: She is hoping one day for that to happen.
Jay: This is what her grandmother wants for her?
Violet: I have to do it. (Turns in determination) Let's go save Ninjago and a friendship before everything gets cursed!
