Ah, Vale. It is a great countryside city, one that would serve Dooku's purpose. He was on official business, and Ozpin had asked him to take some time off. But that was the last thing he was going to do. As he walked by the docks, he attracted the attention of team RWBY. They probably noticed the 2 magnaguards guarding the Count's flanks.

"What is Professor Dooku doing here, Weiss?" Ruby asked.
"I haven't the faintest idea." Weiss said.
"If he's guarded, he must be on business." Blake proposed.
"Oooh, let's follow him." Yang said excitedly.
"Yang, we can't just follow him!" Blake said.
"Why can't we, if you ask me he's being a bit suspicious." Weiss said.
"Why do you say that?" Blake asked.
"Because he's a confederate and can't be trusted." Blake was about to retort, but Weiss interrupted her. "I know he's our teacher, but that doesn't excuse him. Now come on before he escapes."
The rest of team RWBY, apart from Blake, chased after the Count. The latter huffing before going after them. RWBY observed that the Count entered an abandoned warehouse, RWBY followed. They ended up on some steel scaffolding above the Count, who had dropped down with his guards.
"There's more of them!" Ruby whispered.
"Shhhh!" Weiss huffed.
But Ruby was right. Magnaguard electrostaffs lit up the area as Dooku approached a group of individuals.
"That's the person who saved Jaune." Weiss whispered.
"I've done some research, and he's a bounty hunter named 'Durge'. Dooku is also with the head of the Seperatist army, General Greivous."
