It's been four days since the fight the the library. Asher has tried apologizing to Lexi but she won't say still for even a second to listen. Non of us can recall the last time we saw her in our common room. As of right now we are all on Transfigurations and Lexi, who usually sits next to Asher, is sitting with Garreth. Her head is tuck in her arms on the table. Garreth let her fall asleep.

"Ok now who can tell me the difference between transforming something and an animagus? Miss Porter!" Professor Weasley called. We all saw Garreth shake Leix's shoulder causing her to shoot up. "Miss Porter do you have the answer." Lexi stayed silent. "Miss Porter I expect you to get your sleep in before your in my class. 5 points from Slytherin and I'll see you in detention." Shaking her head she grabbed her bag and stormed out of the room. I quickly got my thing to follow her. "Mr. Sallow if you choose to follow Miss Porter then you can join her in detention."

"See you tonight professor." I called as I ran out of the room. Scanning around the court yard for Lexi, I saw her go into the defense against the dark arts tower. And if I know Lexi she was headed to the UnderCroft.

Follow a few steps behind her she made it to the UnderCroft before I could grab her. Once I made it through the old iron gate I found her standing next to the pensive staring at the blank painting.

"Lexi was has been up with you lately?" I asked walking up to her. She didn't move. She didn't acknowledge my presence. "Lexi I haven't seen you out side of class in days. Come on talk to me." I said standing in front of her blocking her view of the painting. She looked pale, paler that usual. The bags under her eyes have gotten visibly noticeable. She still didn't say anything. She didn't need to. I could see the anger building up in her eyes. "Ok Lexi enough!" I yelled grabbing her shoulder. She tried to fight me trying to get out of my grip. I put her up against the wall to make her listen. "This has gone to far. You're not talking to anyone. You're not talking to me. You're sleeping in transfigurations. You love transfigurations! You're not coming to bed. Where have you been? Asher is worried sick about you and honestly so am I! This isn't you! I want my Lexi back!" The anger behind her eyes quickly changed to sadness. Sliding down the wall she pulled her knees into her chest. "Talk to me Lex. Please it's me."

She took big breath exhaling it before she spoke. "I have never felt so alone in my whole life. I really thought that what that centaur said was a warning. And you said you would follow me through this but you didn't. I made Asher and Ominis mad. And then I went to see the Keepers."

"Those old geezers I thought you told them last year that you were done."

"I was but I needed answers. But they weren't there. They never came. After all I did last year. After all I lost. They just left me behind. Maybe Asher is right, I don't know when to stop."

"I didn't mean it." His voice was heard from the entrance of the UnderCroft. Turning my head I saw Asher and Ominis walking towards us. Both sitting down with us. "I know you can stop but I also know you have the will to keep going. Lexi I just want you to live a normal happy life. I feel like you deserve that after everything."

"And I was never truly mad at you." Ominis said lightly pinching her cheek. "I don't think I can possibly be mad you."

"I'm really sorry." She whispered.

"There is no need princess." I said tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.

"I should let you know that Garreth is looking for you." Ominis said.
