Guardian Investigative Service headquarters Edmond public safety building Edmond, Oklahoma, Gibson walked into the coffee room, poured himself a cup and sat down.
Kirby walked in, poured himself a cup and sat down with him.
"Forensics has been all over the theater and the house, and found almost no evidence of drugs," Gibson told him shaking his head.
"Did you check the garage in the backyard?", Kirby fired back at him.
"We were only able to obtain a warrant for the house, nothing else," Gibson replied taking in a sip.
"I am currently working on getting a warrant for the garage with Judge Cook, based on the meth and Ritalin we took off Francis at scene," Kirby replied.
"Working on the hunch of a garage lab, are you?", Gibson asked in his typical Joe Friday style.
"Yeah, I think we're gonna get it too," Kirby replied.
Reina and Shana walked in and sat down with them.
"We got the warrant from Judge Cook, with a request that she be with us when we execute it," Shana told them.
"That's odd, why would she want to be there?", Gibson asked.
"Something about missing being out of the courtroom," Reina said.
"Pick up the good judge, we'll meet you there,"
Gibson responded.
1031 E. Nineth street Edmond, Oklahoma, they pulled into the driveway and pulled as hasmat arrived, handing them suits.
They pulled on the suits and Gibson kicked in the side door.
They walked in to find a fullscale lab inside, complete with ingredients and cooking supplies.
Judge Cook looked around in awe;"sons of a bitch, how could they hide all of this from the neighbors?", She asked.
"Probably kept their actions quiet as possible and sold drugs outside, to not draw attention to it," Gibson replied.
Gibson motioned for the rest of the crew to start gathering evidence and they started taking video of everything.
A man walked through the gate as Gibson and Kirby walked out with the judge.
"Where are they, I have a bone to pick with them," he growled.
"Chance is dead and Francis is in custody," Gibson replied showing him identification.
"Great, they owe me over eight hundred dollars, how am I gonna get paid?", He asked.
"Not sure how that'll happen now sir, can we talk with you downtown?", Kirby replied.
The man nodded and they led him out to a car.
Guardian Investigative Service headquarters Edmond public safety building Edmond, Oklahoma, they brought him into an interrogation room and sat down across from him.
"Mister Degaul, you said that the Warren brothers owed you money, why?", Gibson asked.
"They'd borrowed money from me to help get their business going and I was promised I was going to get it back today," he responded.
"Who promised it to you?", Kirby put in.
"Freaking Chance, they both had been promising to pay me for as long as they company has been up," he responded.
"Are you aware they were manufacturing and selling meth?", Gibson asked.
"Nobody in the neighborhood but that nosey neighbor of theirs was, that's why I was so shocked when you told me," he answered.
Gibson continued going through Degaul's file for a moment.
"Did you ever get to meet any of the people they hung out with?", Kirby asked.
"You're talking about that retard Scruggs and his even dumber brother, aren't you?", Degaul returned.
"It's called autistic and yes we are, now freaking answer the question!", Gibson roared back at him.
Degaul eased back in his chair and nodded;"yeah, the four of them approached me about attacking Priests, Chance called it seeking justice," Degaul returned.
"What did you say to the offer?", Gibson asked.
"I told them they were crazy for thinking their plan's were going to work, and turned them down," Degaul returned.
"Did they ever tell you about who they got to help them with their plan's?", Kirby added.
Samantha watched from outside of the room.
"Watch the fingers on his left hand, he's nervous about something, ask him if knows about the other list we took off Francis," she radioed in.
"Did they ever show you a list of possible helpers and ask for your help with picking people?", Gibson asked.
"Yeah but, I turned them down, knowing that this plan might get them killed," Degaul returned.
After an hour, Gibson and Angel walked out of the building and lit up.
"Sounds like that man is dirty," Angel said letting out a drag.
"Heck yeah he's dirty, you Judge Cook would approve a phone tap?", Gibson replied.
"Why Cook?", Angel questioned.
"She seems to be the only one in support of us solving this case," Gibson replied letting out a puff.
"Give a try but, tread carefully," Angel replied letting out a puff.
"Will do," Gibson answered stamping out the cigarette butt.
Judge Cook sat in the front room as they walked in.
"Word is you might want a phone tap warrant for Degaul," she said handing them the warrant.
"Thanks but, how in the hell did you hear about that?", Gibson asked.
"Little birdy told me, word travels fast around here," Cook responded with a grin.
Gibson read the paperwork;"you even included permission for surveillance," Gibson said.
"I agree with the assumption that the man is dirty and was born thatta way," she responded.
"Great," Gibson replied.
Gibson hurriedly got teams together and told them to be careful.
Shana and Jacob followed Degaul and watched the house as Degaul paced back and forth in front of the main window.
"You think Gibson is howling at the moon on this one?", Shana asked.
"He hasn't been wrong yet, I don't think so," Jacob replied.
At six pm, they were relieved by Manning and Guiden and headed back to headquarters.
Guiden and Manning followed him as he drove out to Lake Arcadia and met with a black haired Asian looking young woman, taking a bag of drugs from her and handing her a roll of cash.
Guiden called it into Gibson and asked him if they should pick them up.
"Negative, are they still together?", Gibson shot back.
"Yeah, what do you want us to do?", Guiden asked.
"If he leaves, follow him, do not approach them," Gibson replied.
"Understood," Guiden responded hanging up his phone.
They watched as the two of them walked into a boathouse and shut and locked the door.
Jacob snuck up to a window and put a small camera in it and headed back to the car.
Talked about how the feds knew they were involved with the killings, but weren't sure how far their involvement went.
"What should I do Cat, they're really closing in fast," Degaul asked.
"That lab operation in the garage should keep them busy for now, quit worrying," Cat told him with an arrogant smirk.
Degaul agreed and left, Guiden and Jacob on his tale.
