You put a bag of popcorn into your microwave and start making all other necessary snacks to watch a movie.
"Wwhats all this?" A voice says right behind you. You spin around to face Eridan. He is really close to your face and he totally caught you off guard.
"It's snacks. For a movie night."
"Oh. Wwhat movvie?"
(Insert favorite movie here. Also talk about how awesome said movie is)
"Oh..." Eridan says. He looks like he wants to say something, but be stays silent.
"... Do you want to watch with me?" You ask him, and he nods a bit eagerly. Gosh he is adorable... Wait what?
Anyway, you walk over to the couch with all the snacks in hand and plop down onto the couch. Eridan plops down a good distance away, and you start the movie. Every so often, you sneak a glance at Eridan to see if he is enjoying the movie. He seems really sucked into the tv and has this amazed expression on his face. He subconsciously smiles a very cute and flattering smile and his ear, fin thingies start to wiggle, which is so adorable you let out a giggle. He turns towards you as soon as you do so, and you avert your eyes back to the screen.
Eridan's perspective:
Gog this is a great movvie. Your mind is blown by the plot entirely and you never know what's going to happen next. You hear (y/n) giggle and turn to see what was so funny. She quickly looks away and faces the screen again. Hmm..
After the movie you stretch and yawn. You look at (y/n) and ask her, "so, wwhat do you wwanna do noww?"
They smile and ask "late night swim?"
You nod and hurriedly change into some trunks (y/n) bough you the other day. Since they weren't outside just yet, you dive into the pool and float, closing your eyes for a minute... then you hear a tiny splash and see that y/n had stepped into the pool, trying to get used to the cold water. You stare at her for a while, taking the sight of her in. She looks back, and you make eye contact. She smiles and you smile back, feeling your cheeks flush. She walks out of the water, looking through a box nearby, then sets down a radio and plays (insert favorite song here). She then swims her way over to you and swims a tiny little circle around you. You proceed to swim, splash at, and talk to each other for what felt like forever. She hops out of the water and sits on the edge of the pool, continuing to talk but pruny from being in for so long. You, as a sea dweller don't get pruny tho. You swim up next to her and look up into her eyes. She stares back yet again and sits up. Suddenly, (favorite slow/love song) begins to play and you hop out of the water, placing out your hand to dance with her. She takes your hand, and you place your other hand on her hip. She never takes her eyes off of you, never breaking eye contact. You both had this awe struck look on your faces, but you didn't care. As the song slowly faded out, you continued to dance without the music. You spin her, then pull her in very close. You both lean in for a kiss, closing your eyes and hugging each other tight. And that's all you needed. No words, just her there with you.
