Chapter seventeen

Arizona's pov-

I woke up to Isabella fast asleep against my chest, her arms wrapped around my waist with her head leaning against my boobs.

It's been three nights since she stayed over and she hasn't left yet, it's currently Friday and she goes back to work on Monday.

Trust me she has tried to go home but I keep on convincing her to stay, I love her and Freya staying here and so does Sofia.

I really don't want her to leave anytime soon.

I was broken out of my thoughts so I turned to my head to the side when I heard the sheets move, Sofia was fast asleep on what started off as Isabella's side of the bed.

I then turned my head to the other side to see Freya wide awake looking up at me from her cot.

"Morning, sweet girl." I whispered, moving my hand off of Isabella's back and through the cot bars.

She takes grip of my hand straight away, playing with my fingers happily.

Every once and a while a small happy gargle would escape her mouth making me smile even more than I was.

I felt Isabella move on top of me, her face starting to burrow into my chest and her left hand tightly gripping to my baggy t-shirt.

"Morning, beautiful." I whispered into her hair.

"Morning zona." She mumbled back into my chest before lifting her head up with a small smile only for it to go straight back down onto my chest, only this time she was facing Freya's direction.

"How long has she been awake? She hasn't been a problem has she?" She asked wrapping her arms around me tighter.

"She was awake when I woke up but she's just been contently playing with my hand."

"That's good."she mumbled through her yawn before rolling off of me and cuddling into Sofia.

After a while, I realised that she had fallen back asleep so I decided I was gonna get up and take Freya downstairs for a bottle of milk that Isabella pumped last night.

"Come on my tiny little princess, let's get some milk into that cute little belly." I cooed and lifted her above my head and blowed a raspberry into her stomach earning one of her cute little baby laughs.

"Right, let's get you that bottle and get breakfast started before I have to get sof up for school."

"Are you sure it's fine if I stay here while you are at work?" Isabella asked as she laid her head in my lap while i was cuddling Freya before I had to leave for work.

"I'm sure, I'll grab your clothes that you asked Meredith to bring before I go into surgery." I replied as I started to play with her hair. "I'll be home by lunchtime where me and you are gonna go cuddle and watch the before Sofia gets the bus home and drags you away and makes you play dolls with her."

"I don't know what I'm going to do without Freya for four hours." She whines, giving me her adorable pout.

I was taking Freya to daycare so she could slowly used to it before going full time on Monday.

So yeah I'm taking her in for 4 hours, while I do a quick surgery before coming straight home.

"You could always go to the mall or something." I suggested as I slip out from underneath her and place Freya in her travel jacket that is safe for her to wear in her car seat.

"Or I can get into your hoodie, get nice an cozy under the covers and find a nice show to watch while I sadly wait for two of my favorite girls to come home."

"Two out of what? How many favorites do you have, is there other women that can make you feel like this?" I joked before pushing my lips against hers, my hands making their way to hold onto her waist as tight as they could.

When I finally pulled away she had that goofy grin that you see men have in movies on her face as she looked up at me from her place on the sofa.

"Can my favourite woman give me another one of those kisses?" She asked, gently tapping her lips with a smile.

"Hmm I guess I could spare a kiss before taking your beautiful daughter to daycare." I laughed before kissing her one last time before picking Freya back up and taking her out to the car and getting her settled in her car seat before turning around to see Isabella standing at the front door with the goofy smile still on her face.

"I'll see you soon and I will bring your favorite lunch." I kissed her cheek before running to get into my car and driving off once I got my seat belt on.

"Alright, Amelia it's time to give me the baby back." I laughed as I tried to pull the baby who Amelia was holding onto like her life depended on it.

"But I haven't seen my adorable niece in four days I missed her oh so dearly." She pouted and held onto her tighter. "You are just I cute I could just eat you all up and still want more!"

"You know you are always welcome over to see her, you know that Amelia."

"Actually I didn't, up until last night when Isabella didn't come home for the third night I was still under the impression that she lived with us. So what's the deal, have you guys moved in together or what."

"She hasn't moved in, she's just been staying a couple nights." I shrugged, not really knowing how to reply to that.

"A couple nights is two nights, I bet you she is staying there tonight that will make four nights that is double of a couple."

"Amelia I'm telling you that she hasn't moved in."

"But you want her to don't you."

"I guess but it's too early right now, we have only been dating for 3 weeks now it's way to soon."

"Who is to stay its to soon or not if you both want to move in together that's great."

"Whatever, I've gotta get this baby back to her mama and get her mama her lunch."

"Arizona, I'm having cuddles right now, stop being so rude and let me cuddle my niece." Amelia whined again and tried turning her whole body away from me.

"Amy stop being so god damn difficult and give me my baby." I sighed as I quickly took Freya back and was happy greeted by the baby who gave me a big gummy smile and happy gurgles.

"Your baby?" She asked in shock.

"I uh- my baby?" I said less confident this time before speed walking away from her and to the elevator.
