In class the next morning we had to decide witch hero we would intern with. Some including me got offers from hero's. We had only one more day make a decision. The list of offers I got was longer then I expected. I chose to work with Endeavor he was top on my list. I would be working with Shoto as well. During class Midnight walked in and told us we were going to pick hero names.
"Alright i'll give you 10 minutes to chose name, make sure it is good it sticks with you" She states.
I have been doing research on what I want it to be. I want it to be simple but made for me. I write my choice down waiting for the people to be done.
"Ok who wants to share theirs first" She asks. The class goes silent, everyone was scared to go first. Tsu raises her hand and walks to the front of the class. I was excited to see what she chose.
"I chose Froppy" She states. It works well with her quirk. Every one claps as she goes to sit back down. Many people start to go up and share theirs getting good and bad feed back. I decide that I was ready to go share mine.
" I chose Phoenix" I say while holding up my board.
"That is a very good choice Y/n" Midnight says and I go sit down. Bakugo went next He looked very pleased with his hero name choice.
"Lord Explosion Murder" He shouts. I laugh out loud as everyone give him a weird look.
"Bakugo, that isn't going to work you will need to pick a different one" She says. I am still laughing as he sits down angrily.
"WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING AT IDIOT" he yells
"You dumb ass, who else?" I say in between laughter. He looks like he is going to explode with anger.
"Stop laughing at me" He says.
"Okay lord explosion murder" I say mockingly. The bell finally rings and we all start packing up and leave. I put my intern form on Mr. Aizawa's desk and headed outside to walk home. Bakugo makes his way beside me as we walk.
"Bakugo who did you chose for the interns" I ask
" I chose best jeanest" He says.
"Wow" I say. Best Jeanest wasn't one of my choices. I didn't even think of chosing him. He is a good hero, one of the best. They don't start until next week but I am already excited. Working with a hero.
We made it to our street no long after talking for that minute. I walked up to my house going inside. I realized that a little after the event with my dad happened he waits on the street until I am greeted at the door by my mom. I find it funny, but my mom thought it was something else.
" I think it is cute he does that" She says with a smile.
"I'm sure it is nothing like that mom" I say whining not wanting to talk about that.
I go up stairs to study for a up coming test. I end up falling asleep at my desk before I even ate. I heard a knock on my door that gluts me awake.
"I heard that you were going to intern at Endeavor's" Dad says
"Yep" I say.
"Don't make my name look bad, he is a great friend of mine" He say. Of course he needs me to protect his already broken image. Shoto has told me about what his dad has done. No wounder why they are friends. Endeavor is a bad father but I thought maybe I could learn some hero things from him.
"He should be impressed with how I have raised you, don't mess it up" He say walking out of my room.
