Rivals? K.bakugo x Y/n

Chapter 18

We are all fighting trying to get the hero killer stain . I have learned that when he swallows someones  blood he is capable of stopping that person's movement.  I am in the back with Shoto shooting fire at him while Deku and Ida are fighting him. Stain slashes at Ida giving him an advantage by preventing him for moving. I tell Shoto to keep using his quirk and that I would help Deku fight. I have no clue how to use these wings yet so I am stuck on foot until I find a opening. I run up to the two and kick stain in the stomach with my foot on fire. Burring him he backs up giving us a better rage of attacks.  Shoto shoots ice up towards stain making a big iceberg on the side of the alley. 

"You kids are nothing" Stain shouts. I look over at the hero to see that he is still down. I look back at stain who is now coming straight at me. I move to my left where there is more room to move behind him. He turns around quickly becoming focused on fighting me. Shoto then shoots fire at the back of him. Causing him to fall to the ground. Deku comes in kicking him right in the face. Knocking him out, we found rope in a trash can. Quickly tying him up, Shoto and Ida drag him to the side walk. While I help Deku walk with us. 

I saw hero's running up to where we were.  Asking what happen ans how we got stain. One called for a ambulance. Endeavor and a old man came minutes later. Suddenly a nomu came flying and took Deku. Stain was out of the rope and stabbed the nomu in the eye. He began to talk about All Might being the only person worthy to kill him. As he continued talk he walk then froze in place saying nothing. Everyone stood there in shock not a single sign of movement. I then realized how truly horrific it is to be a hero. 

In the hospital we all were healed and talked to about what happened. We were not going to be talked about in any media. Due to us breaking the law. I went home and went straight to my room not speaking to anyone. 

School the next day was pretty crazy. everyone talked about what happened while interning. Then Bakugo comes in with the most tamed hair. I laugh as he walks in the class room. 

"QUIT LAUGHING YOU IDIOT" he shouts my way. 

"You, Bakugo have made my day with this" I laugh. All of a sudden BOOM. His hair was back to normal. 

"I assume training went well then" I say

"Shut up" He says rolling his eye

"Don't worry mine wasn't any better" I laugh

"I doubt yours was bad you work with Endeavor"He scuffs. I look at him and frown. he got to spend his week with a hero. While I spent most of mine in a hospital. 

"Actually most of mine was spent in the hospital" I say laughing. He goes silent, looking at me in a weird way. 

I finally started growing my wings" I add on. He looks shocked then he laughs at me. 

"Damn I was hoping you wouldn't grow them at all" He saying smiling. It was a rare thing to see from him. A genuine smile, I liked his smile. I shook my head trying to get that though to leave my head.  Class has started not to later after that. 

Bakugo's POV

While talking to Y/n I realized her smiling, At me. She has never smiled while talking to me. I liked her smile. Class starts and suddenly all I could focus on was ways to make her smile more. I started to realized how much I hated thinking this. It made me angry for some reason. I felt confused and out of control over myself. Anger was all I felt for the rest of the day. In that moment I was finally glad I was angry. 

We start exams in almost two weeks. That is what I need to make my main priority right now. Sense it will be split into to different parts I need to study a whole lot more then I do now. If we didn't pass we wouldn't go to the summer camp training. I want all the extra training I can get. 

Y/n's POV

School went by faster then I expected. I was thinking of ways I could fit in more time to study and train for the exams. When Bakugo walks next to me. Not saying a word to each other while walking. 

"Would you want to study with me tomorrow?" I ask  breaking the silence. 

"Sure I dont care" he says plainly. He is thinking about something.  His face gives him away. I was looking and him every couple of seconds to see if he would say anything. He never did, we were almost to my house anyway.  I start walking up to my door when I hear him shout. 

" See you tomorrow Idiot" He says. I wave back at him before walking in my house. Seeing him walk away after I walk inside. 

" That boy again" my mom smiles. 

" Um yeah" I say confused. 

"You know I ran into his mother on the street, She was a nice lady, we thought about having dinner together sometime" She explains with a smile. 

" That sounds nice mom" I say 

" It would be a good chance for you to get out of the house" She adds on. 

" Yeah it would" I smile. Walking up stairs to my room. I was thinking about the dinner when I finally realized she set me up. I laugh to myself  and start studding different topics for school. My brain kept drifting to When Bakugo was thinking. I had realized I was staring at him half the way to my house. I feel my cheeks go red with embarassment at the memory.
