Rivals? K.bakugo x Y/n

Chapter 27

The exam starts not long after the announcer explains the rescue. We have to rescue actors that play as old people and kids.

I end up with Bakugo, Kiri and Denki. How? I am not sure I was dragged along by Bakugo. We are on top of a mountain like rock. I see to people holding their arms.

I fly down their to see if they are okay.

"YOU CAN WALK YOURSELVES TO THE FIRST AID STATION YOUR FINE" I hear Bakugo yell at them. I turn towards to him with my eyes wide open. Thoughts wondering why he is screaming at them.

"Hi I'm here to help you, let me get you both to the first aid station" I say as quickly and politely as I can. I see Denki and kiri run behind me trying to catch up to us. Bakugo stays where he is at.

Once we make it to the first aid station I look to find someone to help these people. I get waved over by someone.

"This two need medical assistance I think both might have a broken arm" I say trying to sound efficient. She nods at me taking the two people and walking away. I go back out to the scene Infront of me. I go to look for more people to help when I see Bakugo yelling at some else. I walk up to him. As the man he was supposed to help walks away.

"Bakugo you're not going to do well if you keep yelling at them" I whisper to him. He looks at me and is about to yell. When the ground shakes a little and the rock I am standing on break off. I am about to fall when I am caught. He turns me so I am away from the broken part of the mountain.

"Are you okay?" He asks. I hadn't realized that I was breathing so hard. He looks at me with concern and for a second I want to laugh. He was more concerned about me then how the injured people were

"Can you treat the people you are supposed to help like this?" I ask laughing. His cheeks flush red and looks away. I know I had embarrassed him but I couldn't care at all.

He lets go of my shoulders. I look at him and nod. Trying to get him to understand what not passing could cause.

"Good luck, okay?" I say to him walking away to help more people.

I have helped many people in this exam. I have made a couple of mistakes none I hope were to bad. The exam I thought was about to be over when the announcer comes back on the speak.

"Sure you can handle saving people but can you do that and fight a villain?" He says with a laugh. I hear something come into the area. I look over at the entrance and I see the pro hero gang orca.

I take a deep breath trying not to overwhelm myself. This was going to be even over difficult then I intended.

"I'll keep help the people." I shout at the first aids. I see Shoto and another boy going towards gang orca.

I continue to help other people get the kids and old people out. I keep an eye out for gang orca just in case there could be anything coming over here. I look over on more time before picking the kid up and I see Shoto fight with the boy that is supposed to be helping him.

I take this kid to get first aid and then I fly up to see if anyone else needs help. They two boys are still fighting. It confuses me because Shoto wants to earn his license. He is going to fail if he acts like this. I can't do much to help the whole area they are in is on fire. It seems they are trying to trap gang orca in the fire and wind.

THEY DID IT.

the exam was over not to long after that. I helped as many people as I could during this exam. While thinking I see Bakugo walk up to me.

"How do you think you did?" I ask him. He looks at me and laughs like I was stupid.

"I did amazing obviously" he says with a scoff. They begin to pass out our scores on the exam. I look at mine and squeal.

I got a 89 points! Bakugo looks at me weirdly.

"What did you get?" He asks.

"89!" I scream. His eyes get wide and he looks at his paper again.

"What did you get Bakugo?" I ask carefully. He looks at me then back at his paper. He continues to do this a couple more times.

"I got a 40" he says blankly. He blinks and looks a me for a response.

"Oh, well you tried so that's something" I say trying to think of what I could have said different. I am patiently waiting to be yelled at for my answer. It never happens though he just looks at his paper.

"Good job Y/n." He says angrily before walking away.

We headed home very soon after getting the test scores back. Once we got to the dorms I went upstairs and fell straight on my bed. I felt so exhausted from the exam today.

The exam was not what I was thinking about. Not even close to what I was thinking.
