She continued searching for high places.

Mk walked to a stall, and gave whatever was in his pockets with a smug grin.

3 coins,
1 mini bear figurine,
1 candy,
3 paperclips
And some rubbish.

"These aren't chickens, then what are these..? "

The man inspected the items carefully.

"DEMONIC ACCESSORIES! "
He yelled, pointing at Mk.

Mk chuckled nervously as the 2 guards towered over him, Mei pulled him out.

They ran across the town, while the guards chased them.

Running in circles they got dizzy, got scared by a dog, ran in circles again and bumped into a wall, creating two mini craters.

A live hologram of Azure stomped on the ground, The mini quake caught them off guard and tripped.

"You made it safely! Great, Mei and Mk.
Welcome to 7th century chang'e, I trust you've experience astral projection before? "

Azure spoke.

"Yup! " Mei answered,

While Mk said
"No.. Is this what dying is like!? "

Both were at Azure's Sides.

"Eh, a little astral projection never hurt anyone. "
Azure answered, Holding onto their heads. It made a squeak sound..

"Listen, I don't have much time. Remember how I told you the scroll has a protective curse?"

"And that it'll try to find and destroy us?

Mei replied, doing a thinking pose and nodding.

"Good. Try to not draw much attention to yourselves, the curse will be drawn to any imperfections it detects within its stories."

Azure pointed a figure up,

"So for starters.. We need to do something about those. "

Pointing his arm outward to their outfits. Mei covered her mouth as she squeeled,

"New outfits!! "
Her eyes had stars in them, And her arms were shaking with excitement.

Azure now crossed his arms.

Azure snapped his finger,

"You betcha, I found some dojo sizes in that trash pile over there, "

Pointing his arm to it, crossing his arms again.

"Finding you're friends won't be easy but--"

Azure sputtered, Mk was taking off his pants while Mei was preparing to dive in the pile,

catching him off guard.

"AT LEAST LET ME TURN AROUND FIRST!" Azure yelled,

closing his eyes and covering Mk with his semi-transparent hands.

Mei held her breath and dived in the trash pile.
