Chapter 8: { Betrayal }

After that unexpected call from their father. They set off to meet their father.

Now that their standing in front of their mansions gate. After Amane and Tsukasa parked their motorbikes they went inside their mansion and headed straight toward their dads bedroom.

Amane knocked on the door and waited for their dads response. After a while of hearing his dad coughing he finally responded to their nock.

"Come in..." He said. Both Amane and Tsukasa went beside their dads bed. Amane sat down right beside him while Tsukasa just stood their confusingly, Amane hadn't yet told him why they went back home and he can clearly see that their Dad wasn't in good shape though.

"Dad, where here what do you need what do you want us to do?" Amane started. Their Father coughed and coughed it was pretty bad and Amane was getting really worried and so did Tsukasa.

Their Father cleared his throat and finally spoke. "Amane, I need you yo take over our business and marry Monica..." His Father said.

Amane and Tsukasa both stood their shock from what they just heard from their Father. Tsukasa both looked at his Father and Amane back and forth.

Amane gritted his teeth.... He couldn't believe he was hearing right now. "M-marry Monica????" Amane was in shock.

His Father nodded in response. " You like her don't you? You two said.friends since childhood and it seems like she loves you a lot too." His Father  coughed.

"But—" "No, Buts Amane! I already signed a contract with them and it benefits our company as well." Amane felt like this was the biggest betrayal his Father ever done to him.... His selling his freedom without his permission.

"But Father." Suddenly Tsukasa spoke from behind. Both Amane and his Father looked at him, his Father got this questioning look on his face.

"Yes Tsukasa?" His Father said.

"But... Amane doesn't like Monica one bit." For the first time ever Tsukasa was right about one thing. And it made Amane smile.... Just a little though.

Their Father was coughing once again. " whether you like her or not you have to and this is for our company."

"But Amane deserve to marry the girl she wants to marry. And he already loves someone that's for sure." As Tsukasa said the word 'someone' he gaved Tsukasa a piercing glare. Amane doesn't want Nene to be involved in this situation.
