Happy New years?

Days after, I had a discussion with Hades. He tried to Reassure me that everything was gonna be ok. But I didn't care. I wasn't buying it. "Seriously?! Greek mythology? The underworld?  What about your wife Persephone?" I cry. "Don't say her name! You'll be in deep trouble" he tells me.

"Why did you cheat on her?" I thought you loved her! " I say. "it's not that simple..I- she-" I cut him off.

"She what? Great job buddy! Now you just made yourself sin and now you made me sin. I made you sin, We're all in sin!" I grumble. Hades got confused, "Sorry..Um the concept of  "Sin". Heh..doesn't exist in the Hellenic culture"

"OF COURSE IT DOESN'T" I scream. I flop on my Bed and start crying. Hades whispered under his breath, "Dang..was not expecting this-"

I continued to cry, as awkward as it was..

"Look. I- GAHH. Whatever, I- NOO!" I flip on my pillow again. "Why are you so conflicted?" Asked Hades Like he genuinely was trying to understand. "How in the Fuck are you conflicted? HAY DEE SAH-" I emphasize. He frowned, "Women- If you

"I don't care. FYI, buddy! I d o n o t  c a r e" I add. "And why in the world would you say yes to a woman you not only didn't believe in you  but who also has one of the toughest lives on this planet!" I say. Hades kinda blushed. "Look, you're unique..You're like a combination of Minthe and Persephone.. I didn't like Minthe but Persephone is someone I did..until-

Until?, I thought and raised myself from the pillow. "..Until she fell in love with another man. Had a son. She wanted a "divorce" and did technically commit "Adultery" and "Fornication"  in your religious terms.-"

"I'm sorry, did you say MY? How dare you-"

Hades held in his fist, "Eesh, you sure you aren't behaving like Amanda?" He couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "AYE AYE! No! That is not funny! You Greek Gods and your playing around with humanity may seem like a joke, but I tell you it's not. What is even with you and Amanda? Gosh, stop being so on and off about her! I'm your fiancé-"

"To tell you the truth. I think it's because you two are kinda in the same position of-...Never mind ." He explains.

"Aye! No! No more mentioning other women or anything! We're getting married. Whether you like it or not"

Hades was Shocked. But still trying to understand why I cared so much. "Look" I sigh, "I really truly love you"

"Oh I know that" he mumbled. "It's just- the whole Greek God thing and Me not wanting to have sex outside of marriage."

"I'm sorry what-"

"I can't just let You- no- I can't let you get married with me and Still have Persephone being your wife. You either have to choose me or Persephone..Even if she did ..Cheat on you.." I say. He is silent. "Aye no. Don't sit on the bed. We aren't living together, Cohabitation Ain't Gonna happen, it can lead to sin and is sin. Back! Back six feet" I say.

"Eesh ok, just when you were all smoochy doochy last time" He muttered. "Dude, still, why don't you and Peresphone just get divorced. If your marriage isn't truly a marriage, then why stay? She clearly didn't care for her vows. You were faithful, she wasn't. It's fine to divorce someone who doesn't have the same morals or Worldview as you.."  I assured him. He was silent again,"It's not that simple.." he sighs. "What's not simple about it sir, do I need to give a "God" a foundation. Do I seriously need to evangelize you? This is ridiculous!"  "It's just, Hera my sister is literally the Embodiment of Faithfulness"

I laugh and wink at my icon. "Ha! Not sure about that"

Hades continued, "She isn't a Goddess of Divorce and Only wants perfect marriage. We have no divorce in olympus"
