(THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD)
*Butters was first in line to get his food*
"Oh boy!Look at all this food!Could I have that apple chef?" *Said Butters delightfully as he admired all the food, he was in awe*
"Course you can butters!Here!Take it!" *Replied Chef, handing butters the apple*
"Golly, thanks chef!" *said Butters as he walked away with his lunch joyfully, Butters is always in a good mood*
Little did Butters know, that apple would change his life forever..
*A couple minutes had passed, everyone had their lunch by then*
*Cartman,Kyle, Stan and Kenny decided to sit with Butters*
"Hiya fellas!Hows it goin?" *Said Butters as he took a bite of his apple*
"We're doing o-" *Midway through speech, Kyle noticed that Butters had suddenly lost all of the colours in his face, he was white as a ghost*
"Uhhh..Butters?Are you okay?" *Said cartman eye-ing Butters up and down*
*Suddenly, Butters fell to the floor,He was knocked out..Completely motionless.*
"BUTTERS?ARE YOU OKAY?" *Stan said as he jumped out of his seat to check Butter's state*
*From Stan's loud voice,It grabbed everyone's attention,the lunch hall fell completely silent*
*Everyone in the hall all hoarded around Butters to see him*
*Kids soon ran out of the hall to tell an adult,The majority stayed and watched in shock...And some slight fear...Was Butters dead?Or just unconscious?Why did he collapse?Everyone had so many questions,with little explanation of the situation going on*
"Holy crap..Butters is dead-". *Said Craig with no sense of fear or worry in his voice*
"HE'S NOT DEAD!HE CANT BE DEAD!SURLEY HE CANT,RIGHT?OR MAYBE HE IS..MAYBE IT WAS OUR FAULT!ITS ALL OUR FAULT!" *Said Tweak, clearly overreacting..*
"No..He's not dead..Just unconscious" *Said Stan whilst checking Butters' heartbeat*
"Phew, you got me worried for a second.." *Muffled Kenny with a sense of relief in his voice*
*Suddenly, sirens could be heard coming from the entrance of the school, it sounded like a....Ambulance?!*
"Hey guys...What's that sound?" *Asked Kyle in a shaky voice..*
