KIANNA'S POV

"Are you okay?"

Close ba kami?

"Definitely, not okay. You see, that's why they ask you to fetch me two days ago, to have some errands with my so called 'fiancee' and soon to be husband." Napairap ako sa sinabi. "They didn't even think what would I feel. If I am agree with it or not. It's like I am betrayed by them."

I'm here at the office gusto nilang pumunta ako rito but I'm not in dad's office. I'm here outside sitting at the bench at so called park inside our complex building.

I'm not in the mood para makipag-usap kina dad. I still respect them so I let myself have some space.

"It's for your own good. That's why they want to marry you to someone that they knew." His baritone voice made me chill. Still I don't like the words that comes from his mouth. I know that but they even can't consider my feelings.

"You know what? If you will just make me realize that they're right and while my feelings being set aside, just leave. I don't need you here." Walang gana kong sabi.

He finally leave me. Good thing.

A couple of minutes past when my peaceful moment interrupt by someone. Someone clears a throat that made me turn.

It's mom.

"Nak."

"Hmm?" Without turning my gaze.

"I'm really sorry." I turned at her and gave her a tired smile.

"Mom. How many times you already said sorry to me? I know you can't do anything. Wala naman nang mababago pa." Malungkot akong umiwas ng tingin sa kaniya. I don't want to remember that.

"I'll talk to your father. I'll convince him again. I will tell him -" I interrupt what she about to say.

"Mom. Don't. It's okay. Wala naman akong magagawa kung iyon ang gusto niya. I guess I'll just accept what he wants. Maybe, Hildius was right. He only wants for me to be in good place and marriage." Pilit akong ngumiti at bahagyang pinisil ang kamay ni mommy to make her sure that I'm just okay. Even if it wasn't.

"Anak...." She just said and hugged me tight. She's sobbing. I know that she knows I'm hurt with dad's decision.

"Hon. Let's have a lunch first. Doon sa paborito nating restaurant." Pag-aya ni mommy pagkapasok namin sa opisina.

Two days since they told me that I'm about to marry, I didn't talk to dad. I just do my things on my clothing business and some meetings with my manager last night. Dad didn't even bother to talk to me. I guess he wants me to think and have some space.

"Okay. I'll just leave this to Dreck." Tinawagan niya sa telepono si Dreck.

We waited for just a couple of minutes and then we leave.

Mom and dad is at the front while I left behind. I saw Hildius when we reached at the ground floor laughing with one of the girl employee. I rolled my eyes because of what I saw. Tss.
