Aonung x Siobhan: Opposites Attract

Chapter 12: Horror of losing

Third person's POV

Up high above somewhere near the ship, Neteyam and Siobhan were holding onto the beams above the soldiers and they crawled across them upside down, when the twins had heard the yells of the sky people below them, they stopped and they made sure to stay quiet before they moved towards an area up top where they could walk above them all, Neteyam then helped Siobhan up onto the yellow beams as he leads his younger twin sister with his knife while Siobhan holds her gun in her hands and they stopped at the ledge of the beam as they saw Spider with some of the soldiers. The twins then shared a look as the sky people and Spider were about to pass under them and before Neteyam could give the signal to jump down, Siobhan was already jumping down and she landed down onto the ground with a commando roll before she elbowed one in the face that was coming at her as Neteyam's eyes went wide as he watched her and he was impressed at her actions before he quickly jumped down to join her as they were all dealing with their own sky person. Neteyam then shoved one away into the water that was coming up behind Siobhan as she kicked another one away in the stomach and they sent both soldiers landing into the ocean before Siobhan had knocked out a solider with her gun as she yelled while she swung at another one near Spider before Spider had joined in on the fight when he saw them while he took off some of the soldiers oxygen masks and he punched one in the face with a grunt. No one had noticed that the one on the floor who was hurt but he went to grab the gun next to him and he goes to aim it at Neteyam who had his back turned to him but Siobhan had seen the sky person and she aimed her gun at him as she sprayed the sky person with some bullets and she killed him before Neteyam turned around as he heard the gun and he stares at his younger twin sister as she stares at the dead person with her heaving chest.

"Sis, come on" Spider calls out to Siobhan as he knew that they needed to go while more sky people would be coming after them before Neteyam said to Siobhan as he placed a hand behind her back and he guides her to walk in front of him "Let's go" Siobhan was the first one to jump down from the platform as the other two were following behind her before Spider looked between the twins as he said to them "Thanks guys" Siobhan then looked behind Spider as she was looking at something coming towards them and her eyes grew wide like saucers as she spots Lyle from the opposite pathway and the Avatar spots the group as he goes to take out his weapon before Spider yells to the twins "Go!, Go!" Neteyam then shoves Siobhan with him as she had went to aim her gun at Lyle and they ducked and they covered from the incoming bullets at them and Spider leads the twins towards a smaller area and away from the guns. The group then stumbled into the place as they leaned their backs against the wall while Siobhan catches her breathe and the guns were still being shot at the group. "Give me that!" Neteyam shouts at Siobhan as he swipes the gun from her hands before he reloaded the ammo and he lifted it up to fire out randomly at the Avatars who were shooting at them. The Avatars then ducked for cover from his shooting while he continues to fire the gun and he turns to Siobhan and Spider while he motions for them to get out of there. "Go!, go!, go!" Neteyam yelled to Siobhan as she followed behind Spider who leads her and they made a splash as they dived into the water.

Back on the ship, Neteyam was finished with the bullets that were left inside of the gun as he ran out of ammo and he threw the gun away before he takes a quick deep breathe and he jumped over the yellow railing before he dived into the same pool that the other two teens had went into earlier. Meanwhile, Siobhan and Spider were swimming under the ship and they quickly resurfaced above the water while they treaded their legs in the water and a familiar sound of an Ilu clicking and chirping had caught Siobhan's attention as she turns around to see Aonung on Moana causing for Siobhan to sigh in relief at them since they were safe. "Get on, quickly!" Aonung said to the group as Neteyam resurfaced above the water before Siobhan said to Neteyam as she swims over to Aonung and Moana "Come on, bro!" Neteyam then said to Siobhan "You're a skxawng, I've been shot" Siobhan then turned around and her eyes had widen in shock as she saw that Neteyam had placed one of his hands over his heart and blood was leaking out from his body and into the water but as soon as Neteyam spat those words, everyone else went into panic mode as Siobhan immediately swim over to Neteyam and she grabbed onto one of his arms as she supported all of his weight while she shouted out-loud "Shit!, it's Neteyam!" Spider and Aonung then helped Siobhan with bringing a groaning Neteyam towards Moana before she yells at Spider as the pair were holding Neteyam and he lets out another pained noise while Aonung holds Moana in a steady way before Spider said to Siobhan as he helps Neteyam onto Moana in a gentle way before he slides on behind him as Neteyam leans against his chest "I've got him, I've got him" "Go!, go!" Siobhan said to Moana as she gets onto her and she gets in front of Neteyam as she placed one of his arms around her shoulder to support him while Aonung holds onto Moana's left side before Moana starts to swim forward quickly as she felt her rider's scared and worried emotions when Siobhan connected her queue to Moana's queue. "I've got you, I've got you, you're going to be okay" Siobhan said to Neteyam before the group swim faster away from the ship on Moana and Aonung said to Siobhan "They have Kiri, Lo'ak and Tuk" "We can't go back" Siobhan said to him as they continued to swim faster on Moana to get some help for Neteyam.
