I went back to his house. It's almost eleven in the evening and I'm soaking wet. I might have walked around somewhere to ease the pain and it rained.

I turned the doorknob and went in quietly. The living room was dark but I didn't bother turning the lights on. "Where have you been?" I turned my head to the person behind me. He turned the lights on and looked at me.

"Why did you leave?" I shook my head and headed to the attic. He doesn't really care about my situation. He's just doing this so his conscience is clean. "ANSWER MY FUCKING QUESTION!" He shouted making me flinch. "WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED?!" I got scared.

He sounds really mad that I can't even look at him. He grabbed my arm and made me face him. "Tell me."

"Nothing!" I removed his arm and went upstairs. I locked the attic door and sat on the bed. "That's why you had no friends, right?" They started laughing at me. "You're all alone.."

"Aww, you poor thing.. Are you gonna cry? Huh?" She pushed me and laughed. "You don't belong here in the first place, outcast." The whole thing just won't stop replaying in my mind. I cried at the thought of it. Do I deserve this? What did I do wrong?

I hugged my knees and kept on crying. I passed by him and stopped. I turned around, wanting to see if he was concerned. And he wasn't. He kept on walking as if I was nothing but thin air.

What he did hurt me. He could have showed pity on me, at least? But he didn't and acted as if I didn't exist. "TAKATA MASHIHO! OPEN THE DOOR!!" I heard him banging the door, making me lift my head.

"I SWEAR YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU WON'T OPEN THIS!! MASHIHO!" I stood up and reached for the door knob. But before I could even touch it, he swung the door open. His eyes softened at my state. We just looked at each other for a couple of seconds. He didn't dare to move, nor did I.

I couldn't read his emotions. Not a single clue about them. "What.. What happened?" I didn't answer. I lowered my head and let my tears fall. "Mashiho!" He held both of my shoulders. "What the fuck happened? Answer me!"

"It's none of your business! Leave me alone!" I tried pushing him but he didn't let go of me. "Junkyu..."

"I'm not leaving you like this. Tell me what happened." He said in a calmer tone. I was debating with myself whether I should tell him or not. But to be honest with what I really feel? I wanted to talk to someone.

"I don't belong. I never did belong in anything. Right? No one actually accepted a poor, a unfortunate boy like me."

"What?"

"I'm still all rags in their eyes. I didn't fit in with you people."

"Who? Those stupid students who only wishes for something that can benefit no one else but themselves? Those selfish piece of shits who are jealous of you? That you can be with me and they can't even get an inch close to me? Yah. They're nothing compared to you so stop crying." He wiped my tears with his thumb and cupped my face. "Why are you doing this?"

"I got you in trouble. My conscience was killing me earlier. You can't just run off like that. If you are having a hard time because of those people, tell me. I'll beat the hell out of them. Don't cry over stupid things like that, understand?" I slowly nodded my head.

He pulled me towards him. I was surprised when he hugged me and whispered. "I'll be here for you. Don't worry.
