Part 11: Present

"Wow." Jimin said as he looked down at the huge stack of papers on his desk.

"You asked, now you shall receive!" Taehyung replied, giggling at Jimin's face which held a look of shock.

"Yeah but I didn't think I would get the profiles of the people they selected for the special unit's this quickly!" Jimin retorted as he looked through the first and biggest file of papers which came from Taehyung who just wanted to make his life harder.

"Really Taehyung! Did you choose everyone in this damn kingdom?!" Jimin asked looking at Taehyung who just looked away with a sheepish smile.

"I didn't know who to pick out, the only one I'm sure that I want on there is my personal guard Elicia." Taehyung looked back at Jimin with a hopeful expression.

Jimin just sighed and looked at her profile which was on top. She was great when in came to combat and had very strong water powers. In all honesty she was a perfect fit for the unit but he would have to make sure that it would be okay with Taehyung's parents first.

"She's perfect for the unit b-"

"Yayyyy! That's great!" Taehyung yelled excitedly as he jumped in the air as Jimin face palmed at the situation.

"Yah! You didn't let me finish what I was saying!" Jimin yelled back, catching Taehyung's attention.

"What?" Taehyung asked curious as to what Jimin was trying to say. Jimin huffed before finishing what he was trying to say earlier.

"Ok, as I was trying to say earlier, she is a perfect candidate for the special unit, but I have to get your parents approval first." Jimin stated make Taehyung's mouth drop.

"They're going to say no because she's my personal guard! Jimin please convince them." Taehyung look at him with puppy dog eyes as Jimin sighed.

"I will try, but not promises." Jimin look at Taehyung who now had a hopeful look.

Thank you! Thank you! You have no idea how much this means to mean!" Taehyung abruptly hugged Jimin who looked annoyed, but returned the hug.

"Lord have mercy on my soul." Jimin whispered to himself as he watched Taehyung leave the room before he look down at the stack of papers in front of him.

"This is going to be a long night." He said with a sigh as he started to go through the files and picking out people for the special units.

"JIMI- Holy shit did you get any sleep?" Taehyung asked looking horrified by the cranky look and dark circles on his friends face.

"No and I would appreciate if you would take these files and tell the other kingdoms that 10 people have been picked out for me to come and personally see if they have the skills to be apart of the units." Jimin replied as he pointed to the small stack of papers on the corner of his desk.

"Okay, but you have to go to bed though, like right now." Taehyung ordered as he got glared at by Jimin.

"No, I still have to go talk to your parents about you wanting Elicia on the special unit." Jimin flat out rejected making Taehyung frown.

"No, go sleep. This can wait. Don't forget that the ball is coming soon and we have to get the arrangements for that made. You need to be in tip top shape for that." Taehyung now demanded making Jimin sigh.

"Fine, I'm going to my room. Make sure no one disturbs me unless it's an emergency." Jimin said as he got up and made his room.  Taehyung just nodded his head as he walked away to get the files handled.

     Taehyung made his way down the hallway in a rush to get the documents in his hands to the other kingdoms when he heard a commotion coming from the gate. Looking in the direction of the gate he saw a small petite man with golden brown hair in a heated conversation with the guard. Seeing this, he looked for the staircase that would lead him outside and to the front gate.

     Once he found it, he zoomed down the stairs and made a bee line for the front gate, wanting to know the drama that was unfolding as he looked for hiding spot to ease drop on the conversation which didn't take long.

"Look, I need to talk to my husband immediately. I don't care if you don't want me to come in, at least drag that mother fucker out here. It's very important!" The golden brown hair boy yelled as he started to lose what little restraint he had.

"Unless you have a pass to enter this castle, we can't let you come in and we can't let you see him. You'll have to write a letter if you want to talk to him."

"A letter? A fucking letter!" The boy said calmly as he balled his hand into a fist, getting ready to hit the guard. The boy was in mid swing when out of nowhere someone caught his fist shocking him as he jumped back in defense.

"Sorry but I can't just let you hit one of my guards. My name is Kim Taehyung and I'm the prince of this kingdom. May I ask for your name along with his and what exactly you're here for?" Taehyung asked looking down at the boy who he realized was only a couple inches shorter than Jimin. 

     The golden brown hair boy, stood there for a minute staring at Taehyung. It almost seemed as if he is trying to kill him or figure out every little secret that Taehyung's had in his life which kind of creeped him out but that was all washed away after the golden boy's next words.

"My name's Jeon Jungkook and Park Jimin's my husband. As for the reason I'm here, I can't tell you. All I can say is it's an emergency and I need to see him now." Jungkook stated, making Taehyung's mouth drop.

"YOU'RE WHAT?" The guards and Taehyung said together, shocked.

Hey Guys! Sorry I've been absent for a while. I've been all over the place and I'm trying to get back and find time for writing. I promise I didn't forget about you all! This is unedited so there's probably mistakes and I definitely would appreciate if you all would kindly point them out until I can find time to edit it.
