Chapter 17 - Aftermath...

Elizabeth's POV

I walked into the bedroom I shared with Nik here and snapped my hands out sealing the room from Esther and anyone she might have been listening to us.

I sighed as I turned to my brother and noticed that he looked really worried about me.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to worry you," I said.

He laughed, "well when you look pissed with the world" he said.

I nodded, "and when you look like that, I tend to do as I am told" he said.

I laughed as I sat down on the bed and looked to the floor, "I think Esther might have one up on me" I muttered.

Damon frowned, "what do you mean?" he asked.

I looked at him and laughed, "I know a binding spell when I see one" I explained.

He frowned, "binding spell?" he asked.

I nodded as the door opened and Nik walked in with Kol and Rebekah, "Caroline is waiting for Elijah and Finn" Kol said.

I looked at him and frowned as Nik walked over to me, "Beth being that you look worried, that is worrying for me" he explained.

I sighed as Caroline walked in with Finn and Elijah. Elijah walked over to Kol's side as I turned to my oldest brother, "what the hell did she
do?" I snarled.

Finn snapped his head to me as he opened his mouth, "I know a binding spell when I see one Finn" I snapped.

Nik turned to me and frowned, "binding spell" he asked.

I nodded, "the champagne, it was tampered with" I said.

Finn sighed, "she left it too late for me to say anything, she had me doing stupid little errands" he growled.

I laughed as I turned to him, "you could have warned me Finn" I said.

He sighed as I turned to them, "the binding spell was in the champagne" I said.

They nodded, "but I now have a sinking feeling that we are now all linked" I said.

Caroline frowned, "were linked" she asked.

I turned to her and laughed, "no we are" i said pointing to my husband and siblings, "as in the original vampires" i said.

She frowned, "no need to be a bitch" she said.

I turned to her as Kol coughed, "now isn't the time to be this sister" he said.

I rolled my eyes as I turned to Finn, "spill" I said.

He sighed as he walked over to the chair and sat down, "mother has linked us, she thinks by doing this it will be easier to kill us" he said.

Nik frowned, "kill us" he asked.

Finn nodded, "she wishes to rid the world of vampires" he explained.

I snapped my head to him and frowned, "all vampires" I asked.

He nodded as Rebekah walked over to me, "can she" she asked.

I shook my head, "she doesn't have the juice for that" I said.

Rebekah nodded as Finn sighed, "no but you do" he said.

Nik growled as he turned to him, "we're not using my wife" he said.

I sighed as Finn looked at me, "she is wanting your magic" he explained.

I frowned, "she has a plan to trap you and use your ward room to do it" he explained.
