After he talked about what happened, we begin to hear a noise that sounded like a dog barking in the background
"Oh. Red knights"
The mad hatter then picks me up and gently places me into his pocket, and swiftly walks away from the location
When we got away, he stood next to a big pond and places me onto his hat while he tells to me the plan
"Hold on tightly."
I urgently interrupted him, not caring about it the plan that much
"Wait! What about you?"
He smiles at me
"I'll be fine as long as you are. Be careful."
He then starts getting ready to throw it like a frisbee but before he let go, I shouted
"I LOVE YOU, HATTER! PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR HEAD!"
I could faintly hear him yell back
"YOU CAN'T LOSE WHAT YOU'VE ALREADY LOST!"
I smiled at his response
As I landed across, I saw him get carried away by a bunch of Red guards
I decided it was best to hide underneath the hat and wait until sunrise to continue that plan
Just as I woke up, I heard a sniffing outside of the hat, it was the dog
"You were supposed to lead them away, the hatter trusted you!"
"They have my wife and pups"
I felt a little bit guilty
"What's your name?"
He responded flatly
"Bayard."
I told him to sit and he did immediately did, I couldn't deny I was confused
"Would your name be Y/n, by any chance?"
"Yes, but I'm not the one that everyone's talking about."
The dog shakes his head
"The hatter would not have given himself up just for any Y/n."
"Where did they take him?"
"To the Red Queens castle"
I was furious, I couldn't let him die, not after all this, I loved him
"We're going to rescue him."
"That is not foretold."
'Okay, I had enough of this prophecy'
"I don't care. He wouldn't be there if it wasn't for me."
"The frabjous day is almost upon us, you must prepare to meet the Jabberwocky."
"From the moment I fell down that rabbit hole, I've been told what I must do and who I must be. I've been shrunk, scratched, and stuffed into a teapot."
I continue
"I've been accused of being Y/n and of not being Y/n, but this is my dream. I'll decide where it goes from here."
"If you diverge from the path-"
"I make the path."
He then puts his head down and lets me crawl on top of his head
"Now take me there and don't forget the hat."
