Bella sighed as she woke up in bed. She rolled over onto her side and for a moment she forgot everything. She had forgotten Derek Shepherd. She had forgotten how he had ripped her heart out.

The door opened and Alex walked in. "Bella. Come on, up you get."

"Leave me alone," Bella said as she rolled onto her back. She sighed. "Don't take it personal. I just... I'm a shell."

Alex rolled his eyes. "I should lay Shepherd out for what he's done to you," he said.

"Not worth it. He's still your boss. He's still my boss. And his perfect wife is here," Bella mumbled.

Alex said nothing as he walked over to the bed. He pulled off the cover. "Up. Hannah is baking. And if I'm having to die from food poisoning, you are too," he said.

Bella groaned. "I hate you. I hope you know that."

"No you don't."

Derek was in a marriage counselling meeting. It was tense to say the least. The therapist looked to them both. "What do you ah, need to make this marriage work?"

"I need her to move to Seattle," Derek said as he looked to the therapist.

Addison frowned as she looked to him. "That's just ah..."

"Addison. What do you need?" The therapist asked, turning to the red head.

"I need him to stop talking to Bella," Addison said.

Derek frowned. "Ah. I work with her!"

Addison rolled her eyes. "You want me to pick up my entire practice and move here? Fine! I want you to give up your girlfriend," she told him.

"I did give up my girlfriend. Okay? You wanted me to take you back. I took you back here. In Seattle," Derek said.

Addison sighed. "See, once again, it's all about what he wants!"

"Okay. She's not listening to me. I'm not gonna move back to Manhattan. I'm not the same person you're used to," Derek told his wife.

"I know! You're a flannel wearing, wood chopping fisherman. I get it," Addison interrupted.

"Oh that's just great. I'm not gonna talk to her anymore if she's gonna behave like this," Derek said.

"Fine!" Addison said as a timer went off.

"Sorry guys. Times up. Good progress," the therapist told them with a smile.

Bella was in the locker room. She knew how the whole hospital was talking about her. She was the topic of conversation. Her relationship with Derek.

She was stood by her locker when she heard other interns talking. "She didn't even know he was married. I mean, his wife just shows up. And he dumps her. I heard she lost it and had a breakdown."

Bella rolled her eyes. She knew how she was still hurting over what had happened. How Derek had chosen Addison over her.

"What does she expect? She got what she deserved. Screwing an attending," another intern said.
