(Flashback)

Explosions rippled through the air as the sound of loud screeching echoed throughout the entire battlefield, these horrendous winged creatures all flew in a large horde and charged at the Girl of Steel

She clenched her fists and used her heat vision to cut these..Parademons down in one fell swoop; something knocked her out of the sky as she spun out of control and headed back to the ground alas an orange streak of lightning jumped up into the air and caught her in his arms

Supergirl looked at her hero and smiled at him as the fastest man alive smiled back at her and put her down, the two heroes heard a loud *THUD* as they both spinned around to see the General of this Parademons army that was invading Earth

Steppenwolf:And so begins the end..

Steppenwolf grips his axe tightly as he points it at Supergirl and the Flash for you see this isn't the original Steppenwolf, this was merely a clone who had been more enchanced to take on the likes of a kryptonian

The Flash's eyes crackle with lightning as Steppenwolf jumps up into the air and brings his axe down aiming for the two heroes but they both manage to get out of the way as the Girl of Steel rockets in as she reels back her fist and delivers a hard punch to the face sending Steppenwolf flying back; the fastest man alive runs in and gets behind Steppenwolf as he hurls a bolt of lightning that electrocutes his metal armor

Anger seethes through Steppenwolf as he spins around and grabs the Flash by his head and slowly starts to crush it with his bare hands but the Flash was more than just human as his eyes spark with orange lightning with one loud and very determined scream he explodes with orange lightning as the force of said explosion sends Steppenwolf flying back with some of his metal armor being torn off by the sheer force of this display of immense power by the Flash
