Superman comes to a stop as he hovers above the Iron Heights meta-human prison and uses his x-ray vision only to see Eobard and Iris talking to each other just how the video had shown him as he sighs and flies down; Superman phases his body through the roof and lands in the same room as them

Eobard:Well, well..this is quite the surprise

Iris turns around only to see Connor, the same person who was practically responsible for her divorce with her beloved husband and took Nora back to her own time period as she puts her hands on her hips and blantly asks the hybrid

Iris:What are you doing here, Connor?

"Hm, I could ask you the exact same thing but right now I have more important things to deal with so.."

Superman just casually walks past Iris and stares at Eobard who has his hands behind his back

"Your lucky this glass between us is the only thing that is keeping you away from me, Thawne.."

Eobard could see the anger in the hybrid's eyes as he taunted him

Eobard:So emotional..you get that from your mother's side now im assuming you're here because of what happened to Nora?

"Yeah, if it wasn't for me she'd be back in the past right now messing with the timeline even more.."

Iris who is listening into the conversation asks the Man of Steel

Iris:What did you do to my daughter? If so as much as lay a finger on her, I will---

Iris is suddenly grabbed by her throat and slammed against the glass that divides the room and Eobard's cell as Superman effortlessly lifts Iris up into the air

"Your starting to be a real pain in my ass, your idiotic daughter nearly did something that would've killed her..I don't see how you managed to live this long.."

His grip around her throat slightly tightens as Superman slams Iris against the glass one more time as Iris tries to fight against the hybrid but her efforts prove to be utterly useless

"God it would be so easy..all I have to do is squeeze and you'd die, you think having something stupid like owning a news media building is power?"

Superman phases his hand closer to Iris's chest as it is mere inches away from her heart

"News flash! Everything you've worked so hard to achieve is your downfall..you still breathing is because I want you too. Nothing more, nothing less.."

He tosses Iris to the ground as Eobard looks a bit surprised by the hybrid's actions, he was supposedly known to be quite calm but given his current mood he was unpredictable and even that scared Eobard

"Now what gave you the bright idea to try and send Nora into the negative speedforce, knowing the consequences to her actions?"

The hybrid asked while keeping his stern gaze on his father archenemsis, he didn't trust Eobard and you had to be a fool to do so

Eobard:I was only trying to help her, I only wanted to--

But Connor cuts Eobard off not believing a single word he is saying

"There's always something for you to gain out of this, I am not as foolish as Nora"

He didn't care about Nora, not anymore but Eobard was known to be one step ahead..he was a planner
