Chapter 21

F/N's P.O.V.

"She's taking a while to wake up..."
"I can say the same for that Tatsuya guy. Where is he anyways?"
"He went to report to our boss. Don't worry, he'll be back soon. Usually, the meetings are short..."

Two voices were speaking as I slowly opened my eyes. My vision was blurry and the stench of this place was awful. All I can remember was Shoto-kun screaming my name as I did too then I was knocked out. Just with the thought, my heart beated faster as my blurry vision became visible.

I was knelt on the ground with my hands tied infront of me and a gag on my mouth. I looked up to see Yeuri, the girl who accompanied Tatsuya at the dome, and a strange guy with a black coat and scars and staples all over him.
"Rise and shine, L/N." He said as I lower my brows angrily.
"Took you long enough." Yeuri comments with a unsatisfied tone.

Then from another door, Mirage came in the room.

"Tatsuya told me to bring her in." He just said. The scar guy roughly grabs me by the tied wrists, forcing me to get up and walk to the other room.

There, they had Bakugo tied up with some sort of buckle and a metal cube on his hands.

Shigaraki and Tatsuya along with many other villains were also there watching the news on TV about the attack. He looked at me with a blank but surprised expression as I did the same. They then had me sitting on a chair and a crazy looking blonde girl point a knife at me if I try to scream or escape.

"Aww, Toga. Don't overwhelm her like that." Tatsuya hums, "She knows better what will happen if she escapes~"
I only growled at him and tugged my arms as he smirks. "What's with that sour face, little L/N? Don't be mad at me."
"I told you to shut up," Shigaraki said. "Now, we captured you for a reason. You both stood out to the league of villains and you're both worthy in many ways. Strength, agility, coordination, and even intellect. So, I ask, will you join our league?"
Everyone in the room was quiet. I then slowly fittled my fingers on my wrist and noticed my bracelet wasn't on, and it was only 11:54 pm. I still have my quirks for today, but I have to be careful. If I can just reach Bakugo with Mandalay's quirk, I can think of a plan to escape.

It's worth a shot.

"Bakugo... Can you hear me?"

He looked in my direction without saying a word. That might mean he can hear me. That's a good first step.

"Listen, I don't have enough time before my counter resets. But if we escape, I need you to keep quiet about my quirk. I was already a target without one, so who knows what they'll do if they find out I have one now. As to getting out of here, if you have to fight with your quirk and I just use my physical strength, then we have a chance to make it out alive... I hate to say it but... I'm counting on you..."

"Toga, Dabi, release their restraints." Shigaraki orders. "Huh? These two are gonna fight, ya know?" The guy with the scars, Dabi said.
"It's fine! We need to treat them like equal... since we're scouting him."

"Wait a moment, Toga. I'll release L/N's restraints." Tatsuya said. "Ahh, but I wanted to do it!" She pouts.
"Twice, you do Bakugo's." Dabi said
"What?! Me?! No way!" Twice seemed annoyed. "Man!"

Tatsuya and Twice release our restrains in sync.
"We apologize. We used such forceful methods, but we're not just a mob trying to commit crimes." Another villain said.
"Even though our situations differ, everyone here has been restricted and suffered. Because of people, rules, and... heroes." Shigaraki said.
