"Maggie!" I heard the barista call

"Thank you." I smiled

I picked my coffee from my favorite coffee shop here in London. I walked outside hearing the little bell ding through my ears.

It's been a couple of weeks since I did my exchange. I thought it was going to be harder, but considering it's just a small chapter in my life, I've been enjoying every second to the fullest. I've made some good friends, I've learned new things, and I've met new places I never thought I needed to meet until I did.

The contact with everyone back home has been phenomenal, especially with my parents and Blake. Blake calls every Saturday to update his week's happenings, and I update him too, of course. It's funny how I've been trying to keep up with his girls, and all the chaos around him kilometers away from him.

I walked to my only class of the day. Sitting myself in the second row of tables.

"How's it going, Mag?" I heard a British accent echoing the room

"Hey, Pete!" I smiled

"You coming to Maddox tonight?" He questioned

"I don't know, I'm a little too tired." I answered taking a sip from my coffee

"Don't do this to me, Mag! I've been expecting you since Monday." He pouted

"I'll think about it, promise." I giggled

The teacher walked in and started his Friday lesson on taxes. I wrote down some important information, and maybe, just maybe, the Friday mood gave me a boost to finish up the day and not get so annoyed.

I went strolling around the park enjoying the weather and the little birds chirping. Kids were running around, the leaves from the trees moved along with the wind.

I walked back to my flat, and unlocked the door, putting my shoes aside.

Fuck. I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer

I forced my legs to the kitchen to do something about the fact I just forgot I need to feed myself around here.

Still I need to wait for that goddamn chicken, so I went back to my room to play some netflix and rest for a while, taking my time to decide wether or not going to the club tonight is a good idea.

My phone vibrated in my pocket,

Incoming call from Blake

"Hi B!" I said positioning my phone in front of me

"Hey, Mag!" He said with a big smile

"What's up? It's not Saturday yet. That's when you usually call." I giggled

"I wanted to hear from you. Tell me, how was uni?" He asked

"It was fine. I had a coffee today."

He chuckled, "Any plans for tonight?"

"Pete invited me over to the club. I'm not sure I want to go, though. Netflix sounds just right."

"Is Pete the one dying for you to give him a chance at love?" Blake mimicked

"You're such an asshole." I laughed

"Am I wrong, though?" He laughed back

"Maybe not that wrong, Gray." I rolled my eyes with a smile

"See," He said with a tone, "You should give him a chance, come on!" He teased

"Blake, I'm never ever listening to you on boys after you set me up with the worst date in my life!"

Blake set me up once with one of his friends from school. He was kind of cute, not my type, but I could adjust my taste. I went out with him because Blake forced me and to be honest, it was such a mistake. We were completely opposites, and in his small little head we were already getting married,

Blake was laughing hysterically on the other side of the phone, "You needed to live a little!"

"You know me way too deeply. You knew it was not going to work out."

"Never listening to you on boys. I can get them for myself." I added

"Oh, like Axel?" He asked raising an eyebrow

"Blake, he was a good guy. The fact that you didn't like him, didn't make him bad." I pointed to the small screen in front of me

"He left you three months into dating, Maggie."

"He moved to Switzerland!" I rolled my eyes, "Speaking of him.. he texted me a couple of days ago after he saw I was here. He wanted us to meet."

"What did you say?" He asked, but his mood had completely drifted off. He was serious, he seemed very annoyed

"Meh. I said we could plan it out."

Blake changed the topic completely. I hate how he never lets me talk about Axel. I listen about every girl he wants me to listen about, but Axel is never welcomed in our topics of conversation. It's rude.

"Don't forget to show me your outfit for tonight." Blake said, saying his goodbyes

"Sure." I smiled

"Bye, Mag. See you in two months."

"See you in two months, B."
