It was 3:25pm and both Taehyung and Jungkook have not eaten anything or drank anything. They were exiting the stadium with Jungkook hand on tae's waist and our dear Taehyung was a blush mess, literally.
"Taehyung, I'm so sorry that I didn't order for food this morning before leaving. I was in a hurry to arrive early and make a good impression, making me forget to take care of you and-"Jungkook tried to explain.
"Jungkook it's alright. You don't have to apologize besides it was for the benefit of the company and it was worth it in the end. Starving for a few hours is the least of sacrifices I am willing to make. So it's ok" Taehyung assured so he could relax.
"But I-"
"It's ok. Really. But if you are that worried, let's walk around and see of we can find some street food to eat" Taehyung bargained.
"Street food?? Why that? We can go to one of those expensive restaurant and have brunch you know or better still we can go back to the hotel. The food we were given last night was good" Jungkook said with an amused face.
"Jungkook, I agree those food were amazing but it can't compared to street food. When was the last time you had street food?" Taehyung asked him.
"I have never eaten street food before. I'm used to restaurant food and food made by my maid back home" Jungkook's replied honestly.
"That's great then. I'll show you how amazing street food is. Come on" Taehyung said excitedly and dragged Jungkook along the streets of London.
AFTER A WHILE
They walked for 15 minutes before they located a local market called Tabard Street Food Market where a lot of delectables are been sold. Taehyung quickly ran towards the door of the market and entered with Jungkook following behind.
"TAEHYUNG!!??" Taehyung froze in shock as Jungkook yelled at him.
"Why did you run away like that? I almost lost you in sight" Jungkook asked looking annoying.
"I'm sorry Mr Jeon. I was just excited and hungry" tae said sadly looking like a kicked puppy while looking down.
Jungkook sighed before raising his head up with his index finger under his chin and said,"it's ok, just don't run away like that and stay in sight and it's Jungkook when we are alone". I don't want to lose you he thought. "Ok?"
"Yes Jungkook. Now can we go? The smell of these food is making my stomach hurt" Taehyung whined looking cute doing it.
"Ok, let's go you hungry monster" Jungkook chuckled at his cuteness.
They saw a local waiter walking toward them with a smile."Good evening sir, welcomed to Tabard Street Food Market. Can I help you?" he questioned looking at Jungkook with a flirty smile.
Jungkook instantly noticed the flirty attitude and suddenly became annoyed and then said,"do you have a place where WE can seat to eat?"
(A/N While the interaction was going on, our dear Taehyung was thinking about what he needed to eat first)
"Yes handsome, we do. Follow me" the man said with a sly smile and left with an annoyed Jungkook and a clueless, hungry Taehyung.
"Here you are. Now, what would you like?"he asked smiling at Jungkook.
"Taehyung, what do you want to eat first?"Jungkook asked him softly.
"Do have any special local food(s)" tae asked oblivious to the man stink eye stare.
He rolled his eyes which went unnoticed by Tae and replied, we have:
A Subcult
An Oli baba
A Monty's Deli
A koolcha and
A Biff's Jack Shack
"Wow, Jungkook they all sound tasty. Can I have all of them?" Taehyung asked excited hoping for a yes. But before Jungkook could say anything, they heard a snot and looked at the male local waiter.
"Any problem?" Jungkook asked irritated.
"Yeah. How can a man like him eat that much? Can't you eat less and keep fit? Not that you are that pretty but eat less and don't waste his money and be fat" the man said in a disgusted tone.
Jungkook heard a sniffle and looked at Taehyung crying and he saw red and his blood boiled hot."WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO INSULT MY TAE LIKE THAT HUH? YOU STUPID DELUSIONAL BODY SHAMING FUCK. HOW I SPEND MY MONEY IS MY CONCERN, WHO I SPEND IT ON IS MY CONCERN. SO DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK TO HIM LIKE THAT".
At this point, Jungkook was not in his senses anymore and Tae had stop crying the second Jungkook started yelling and said "My Tae". The whole market was quiet. Some people were even taking videos and pictures of what was happening.
"WHERE THE FUCK IS YOUR MANAGER?" Jungkook furiously asked the shaking waiter.
"I'm s-sorry s-sir, I didn't me-"the male stuttered as he tried to talk. "YOU CAN TAKE THAT SORRY AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR FLAT ASS AND TELL ME WHERE THE GOD DAMN MANAGER IS"Jungkook yelled again with his fist ready to bash the man's face.
"Excuse me sir. What is going on here?" a man asked.
"Are you the manager?" Jungkook asked still fuming. "Yes I am. Is something wrong?" the manager questioned.
"Jungkook it's ok" Tae tried to assure him but Jungkook ignored him.
"Everything is wrong. Your waiter here has insulted and disrespected me and my PA and I don't like it. He went to extent of body shaming him, so better do something about it or I will" Jungkook said in a very angry tone.
"I deeply apologize sir. It's my mistake for still allowing him to work here. This is not the first time but it most certainly will be the last" the manager said calmly to ease Jungkook's anger.
"I'll send someone else to take your order" the manager said looking at Jungkook scared.
"We are not staying here anymore. Taehyung, order the exact same thing that idiot said and come out" he said giving Tae €50 that would cover the bill."You have 10 minutes, I'll be outside waiting for you" he finally said leaving Taehyung.
Taehyung stared at Jungkook as his left hurriedly and felt guilty."I shouldn't have ordered for all of them" he thought.
"Excuse me, I'm here to take your order?" a female voice said. Taehyung turned and looked at her.
"I would like the 5 specials you have today. Oh and by any chance, do have banana milk?" Tae asked.
"No, we don't but I can make a banana milk smoothie for you. It really popular here" she said politely.
"Ok. I would like to have those pronto please. I have 8 minutes left to spare" Tae said to her. "Alright, I'll be fast with it" she said leaving in a hurry.
7 minutes later she came back and gave Taehyung everything he asked for and she was paid €30 and Tae immediately left.
Taehyung walked out of the market with the orders looking for Jungkook when he heard...
