"Today was different.It was quieter then yesterday though.I aced my literature finals,so did Yashiro san.Kou kun needs to work a bit harder however.Hanako has been busier than ever before.Aoi san and Akane san finally got together heh heh.About time don't you think?"

Your voice cracked slightly as you sat on the chair beside the bed.The bed was occupied by Tsukasa.He was wrapped in bandages and deep scars.After the events of No.6's boundary after the severance,he had been badly wounded from No.6 him self from a fight they had.You had been visiting Tsukasa everyday at the infirmary after school and during breaks,other people would just see you talking to yourself and they thought you were crazy.

You sighed and stood up,placing a new bouquet of flowers in the vase and throwing out the old ones.You hung your head low and walked out,walking home.You were only just getting use to the quietness of the school without Tsukasa around to rough house the place.You were also realising just how hard you were falling for him even before the events when you were only thinking he was a cute guy.

You walked past the bathrooms and waved to Hanako,he smiled sadly and waved back to you silently.You watched as he rummaged in his bag for a second and then threw a small jar of candies at you.Feeling happy by the kind gesture,you smiled at him and waved again,walking away.

"Now we're all falling apart Tsukasa kun,even Hanako is slowly losing control of himself.Yashiro hasn't shown up for a while and Kou kun is busy at his house helping his brother with his injuries.The boundary crap is starting to get to everyone and it hasn't been easy,I've tried my best to come every single day that I can but. . .I'm so tired.I wish I could take your pain away and endure it myself."
Your voice shook as your tears fell,you wanted your friend back so desperately.The missing pieces were eating away at your soul and you couldn't take it.

But you continued to see your friend for any sort of changes,you saved enough to buy him new flowers for the vase and changed his bandages when they needed to be changed.You tried to help Tsuchigamori to heal Kokujodai,they both limped sadly like dead flowers and nudged Tsukasa's head softly.

But no change.Not yet at least.You held his ice cold hand in yours,it seemed colder then ever before,you winced at the pain but held his hand tighter.Tears falling down your cheeks,you whispered shakily to him,
"Come back to us,come back to me.I-"
You hesitated and looked around for nothing in particular and then sighed,
"I love you."
The room was silent,you looked down,your hand still holding his.You gasped as his hand suddenly closed around yours tightly.Your head shot up to the bed as Tsukasa stirred quietly.

"(N-name chan). . .is t-that you?My guardian angel?"
Your heart beat increased as you edged closer to the bed,tears welling in your eyes again.
"Tsukasa!?"
"I-I'm awake now."
Tsukasa very slowly sat up,holding his head as he groaned from the pain,his haori slipping off his shoulders.His hair was unkempt and messy,his hands bandaged and bruised.He turned to you and smiled,
"My angel,I can see you now."
Without thinking about it,you tackled him into the tightest hug and held him close.You cried into his shoulder as he stroked your hair.

"Y-you dummy!D-don't sc-scare me like that!"
"Careful now!I'm still in pain!"
Tsukasa winced but smiled,ruffling your hair.You only hugged him more as you cried,you didn't want to let go,worried that he'd disappear again.You slowly backed away,hiccuping from your tears,wiping them away.You blushed as Tsukasa wiped them away for you with his thumbs,his amber eyes shining with a smile.
"I'm glad I got to see you when I woke up,because I wanted to tell you something important."
"What is it?"
You asked nervously,hoping he hadn't heard your confession.Turns out he did though.

He leaned in and kissed you on the mouth,quickly pulling away after a few seconds,
"I love you to and I'm going to make you the happiest girl on the planet!Now!Where's my brother?"
You laughed at his trying to be straight forward act when in fact he was judging him self inside for his decision just a few seconds ago.
"He's right here and he can't wait to see you but first!We have to make a few changes around here."
Hanako said in a businessman like state.
